Easy Stretches for Ankle, Knee, and Foot Pain Relief (Strength and Mobility for Beginners)
Ankle and Knee pain is one of the most common problems women over 30 years of age face and it goes all the way to men and women over 60 years of age.
As we age, we not only experience less mobility and balance in our ankle and knee joints but also become more prone to ankle sprains and knee injuries.
You also end up spraining your ankles a lot. Long periods of walking and standing also cause tight calves which further cause lower leg pains.

Plz change your form of lateral raises , bend your arms at certain angle like at 30 degrees
Thank you for your suggestion. This is a correct form for a lighter weight. As the weight goes up, the bend in arms is essentially required to prevent from injury which I will show in later videos. 😊
External rotation doesn’t do anything cuz gravity is acting downwards
External rotation exercises targets the infraspinatus muscle which is a very important improve the strength of the rotator cuff and overall stability of your shoulders 🙏

Cuban press/rotations is a great exercises. I recommend you definitely do it. 👍

How many sets of each exercise to be done or its with time?
If you want to go by time then do as many reps as you can do within 30 seconds and then take a break of 15-20 seconds. If you only want to do a certain number of reps then best is to do 15 reps in as much as a minute and then take rest. Must do at least 2 rounds of each exercise.
