The best part about short hair is that you can cut it off if you don’t want to keep it. Plain and simple. It looks good.

4c does make its harder but you 4c hair is beautiful never forget that, I only did this because the styles I wanna do, I had to but both are beautiful, also Pinterest have a lot of ideas

Good job!! I needed this vid to confirm what I was doing to my hair was just fine. My hair is super coily and hard to manage. I did the Tex lax treatment and found if you don’t over process your hair and keep it moisturized, you will get the results you want and your hair will stay healthy and strong. Never mind those neigh sayers. It’s your hair, do whatchu do!

How are you keeping it moisturized sis? I texturized telaxed whatever they call it about a good 4 or 5 times since 2017 and could not keep it from being dry as hell.
Yeah mine gets very dry too but I use oil everyday or at least whenever I style it

I’m not exactly sure if it’ll work slower if u add conditioner to it, if u try it, watch ur hair during it and be careful but thankyouuu❤️❤️❤️❤️
How was your hair routine after you texturized, like was your hair weaker ? Did you have to use different hair care products or no ?
My hair was drier but easier to manage and style. I oiled my hair more often to keep it from getting dry. I used to same products, I just upped my moisturizer. But switching products isn’t a bad idea, there are products made for textured hair that you can use for like everyday and styling.

A lot of ppl say texturizer damages hair. Do you find a lot of damage after doing it? Any hair falling out etc?
It does, without proper after care your hair can get really dry and break off. Mine did, but I wanted to keep my hair short, so I was always able to start over

Looking to get into this I have 4c hair with major shrinkage. I need it alittle manageable .
Saturation and sectioning is key don't be afraid to saturate the hair

the texturizer i used came with a cream to put in after so I put that, but I did a video on what I put in my hair now to style it.

Your hair looked good when it was notty to me , only looked like it needed a little moisture, and it’s very cute on you super short, I would keep it short and very close to my head , you can pull it off sis , you have a cute face and smile that takes the shine through for you , so if it don’t work out don’t worry , the short hair is your friend , and every body can’t claim it, but you can 💥💥💥

Yes but I haven’t texturized it for a while, so I’m half and half. But it was really good for a while

no, natural means no chemicals in your hair. a texlax is still a relaxer, so you are not natural.
