Been learning/training/practicing tai chi and baguazhang for plus 30yrs. This is one of the best online instruction for thr internal arts. In some respects better than some live/in person instruction I have participated in.

I used to practice Silat and Bagua before Internal Chinese Martial Arts, so I was good with blades and learned fairly easily. I have found that most people can't handle weapons.
