- Sitting all day with a hunched posture can cause you lower back pain. Neglecting your postural and core muscles can make it even worse!
Solutions are
a) Stretching : which will give you instant relief and
b) Strengthening lower back and glute muscles for long term pain relief.
Anyone who has severed pain or back injury must consult their physician or Physiotherapist. For mild pain, these stretches can definitely help you.
The stretches I have shown in this video will surely help you get rid of that pain by relaxing and stretching the muscles of lower back. Hold every stretch for 45 seconds to really feel it’s effect.
