I usually do not comment but had to after this video. In just one stretching session i was relieved with a severe lower back pain which was only on my left side. Thank you for existing.
Thank you for sharing this Doc❤️... I have this pain in right lower back for weeks now. I did the exercises as i was watching you. . Im so grateful im feeling ok now.. I'll do it as my daily routine now. Thank you so much Doc, God bless you more ❤️
Thanks -I have pretty much chronic low back right pain. and it’s bearable. I mean, I’m not stopping my life or anything- but stretches really help. I sit all day at work -I do get up and walk around and stretch a little bit. I’m so busy! That I’ve got to get back to my desk … and pretty much after my day, I sit all night! I know that’s not good for me. I used to be the aerobics queen instructing for over 30 years in the evenings….So I know better lol I’m 60 now -I work out on and off during the week -but I’m not consistent. 😖 Thanks again! ❤
PS -the exercises did me some good! 😊 I was loosened up. I do have that sciatic nerve that’s mad at me because my tight muscles.. but it loosened up and I feel so much better. I use a tens unit a lot as well.. I don’t know if spinal stenosis has anything to do with it or not, but I was diagnosed with that around 20 years ago.
Just recently strained the lumbar region of my back due to a seizure… hoping to try some of these tonight with the help of my fiancée. Here’s hoping it works
My right side lower back hurts when i lay on my back its only on the right side . What can i do for this. It sometimes goes to my hip the pain. And when i breathe in the right side hurts can you please assist me. Thank you
Hi sir, i've diagnosed with flat back due to a fall 10 years ago.... Iam 31 and mother of 4 children, could you please suggest me some exercises that reduce my low back pain along with diastis recti ( 2 finger gap )
I was only pushing my back against a wall and I felt the tightest pain ever in my lower right back, it was almost too painful to even stand, I used a calamine spray and cream, used ice and heat, did everything in this video twice and it still hurts quite a bit. It especially hurts when I change positions quickly, such as if I’m lying down and then k sit up straight it really hurts. It really worries me because I’m only 16 and worry about chronic lifelong pain or something but I think I’m overthinking
Try figure out if you need a harder bed, better chair (if gaming etc) and bend knees, not back, when lifting heavier objects. Also a gym may work wonders for supporting problem areas by building muscle.
I think the exercises are great, but I notice that my core is so weak the upper muscles compensate too much when doing the strengthening. So I feel I'm straining and contracting the upper part too much, and after the exercises I end up feeling stiff there while the lower part feels better. What could be done in this case?
Depends on how long ago the fusion was, @LeonaRiley266! If it's been more than 3 months and you have the go-ahead from your surgeon to resume activity, I would recommend these exercises. I hope these things help you, and thanks for commenting!
Of course, @ilanchezhiann! You might look into this video as well; it might be a little more specific to your needs: ua-cam.com/video/qriB5Z9DfNU/v-deo.html I hope they help you! Thanks for commenting.
My 16 year old daughter complains of the lower back right side pain since almost 3 months now. It comes and goes away, but almost every other day she complains. We went to see GP and he send us to physio. We are due to see physio next week. I read very worst online, but my GP was not that concerned and dropped the idea of MRI. She is hunchback, no fever, no pain in legs, no numbness, inflammation in muscle on right side can be felt when I touched her back it is a bit swollen there. What it could be and any additional tests I should ask my GP to go for? Or will it get better after sessions with physio, she had no injury and this pain came all of a sudden and it gets worse after she wakes up in the morning. She sleeps whole night on the right side i think may be that’s why
What is safe for people like me with pretty severe scoliosis? I have a curve between high 30's to low 40's fro. C2 to L4-5. Also severe degenerative disc disease. I can only walk about 20 feet witju my walker before my back gives out and i have to sit down. Had an epidural injection that didn't work and was extremely painful. Any ideas?😢
I say it all the time, @doordashdriver - not all lower back pain is created equal - it does not all come from the same source. These exercises are great for THIS type of pain, but not recommended for ALL types of pain. I hope that helps you! Thanks for commenting.
All your weight transfers to that side. You’re not ready for the progression then. This is a slow process. Master the two leg, maybe grab 5-10 lb dumbbell on your stomach as a progression before you do the single leg
No definitely not it could be a sign of pancreatic cancer cos its so close to the pancreas i thankfully didnt have it even though im also 11 and have back pain. Got so scared that mu uncel dr house had to come see me
Sweetheart yes don't worry. You can have some pain at 11 if You fell over, or You over stretched or You picked up something heavy or You SEAT down too many hours during the day or on the smartphone. Keep good weight, play a sport, eath healthy (no junk food or processed food, no soda pop), go to bed early. Walk.
Please suggest 5 exercise for left arm soldier displacement..that can avoid repair surgery of ligament.. Currently no pain, but there is fear of soldier dislocation in some instance

how many times i can do this in a day?

I had scoliosis surgery from T1 to L5 nine years ago. Is this safe for me?
For me it feels like its the bone on the right side and not the mucel
slipped vertebrae maybe ?
It's the muscle. Trust me.
Is this for left or right side? Because mine is left side 😢
Go right. Turn in the opposite direction.
Do you know why my leg started cramping when I put the ball under my lower back?
Would these be ok and safe for me to do because I have a bone fusion and caging at L5- S1 ?
Depends on how long ago the fusion was, @LeonaRiley266! If it's been more than 3 months and you have the go-ahead from your surgeon to resume activity, I would recommend these exercises. I hope these things help you, and thanks for commenting!
@@toneandtighten thank you so much, yes it was done in 2002, so I’m good to go😁TY again!
is okay to do these types of exercise when we have one side pain because of a l4 - l5 disc buldge as well ?

For me my lower back starts to take over after second sets of workout that has squats. It slows me down.

Hi Dr. When I do stretches with tenisse ball, my one-sided lower back pain gets even worse , I don't know what to do
we are both suffering
jeremy eithier just released a video saying those back stretches actually do more harm than good.
I say it all the time, @doordashdriver - not all lower back pain is created equal - it does not all come from the same source. These exercises are great for THIS type of pain, but not recommended for ALL types of pain. I hope that helps you! Thanks for commenting.
When i do normal glute bridge.. It's ok..
But whenever i do single leg glute bridge, I feel lower back pain.
Why this happens?
All your weight transfers to that side. You’re not ready for the progression then. This is a slow process. Master the two leg, maybe grab 5-10 lb dumbbell on your stomach as a progression before you do the single leg
Hi i am 11 years old is it normal to have lower back pain?
Yeah sometimes after sleep. I’m 11 also 😂
That’s what happens when you play too much Fortnite
Did you play soccer? Or Any sport that caused this also was it instant like 1-5 minutes
No definitely not it could be a sign of pancreatic cancer cos its so close to the pancreas i thankfully didnt have it even though im also 11 and have back pain. Got so scared that mu uncel dr house had to come see me

Hi
I did all this but the pain didn’t go😢 away
It can take weeks to feel improvement. Strengthening your core will be a great help for your back, too
Please suggest 5 exercise for left arm soldier displacement..that can avoid repair surgery of ligament..
Currently no pain, but there is fear of soldier dislocation in some instance
I asked this guy for the guide, didn't get it and then he called asking if I wanted to sell my house
Apparently you can save 80% on your car insurance if you wash your tires.
