A fool who represents themselves is a fool until they are forced to like in Civil pro se court, especially Family Law where it is needed the most. Why is that? Besides saying it's in the Constitution to get legal counsel, when we know that only applies to Criminal court. Who made that distinct and why?

I agree 100 with u. But there is a man who done it but every situation is different. I guess the only pro se that done it the best and won was the late Jackie DiNorscio. “Find me guilty” based on the true story of how he helped him and 20 some others in his family beat the RICO trial.

What a disgrace to the memories of those that died in the Parkland shooting! She should be truly truly truly ashamed of herself! It is not as if she needs the money she comes from a family of lawyers. She has gone back to work and her daddy‘s law firm! For her to play of her notoriety of having been that judge is disgusting!

Think exactly the same, if she wishes to be such an “histrionic” so bad, she should pursue acting, she’s not old she could make a career out of that. It’s disgracing and since I’ve seen her weird behavior in court I knew she’s not a mature well balanced judge. She’s not deemed for the role, judges don’t display these type of hyperbolic traits, they should be calm, mature, serious, well balanced, prudent and poised. She’s not. She’s too immature for the position she’s in.

You start with a quote that is so outdated it’s cliche; the cheapest form of communication. I just finished representing myself and was as successful as I could have hoped to be. Courts have become their own circuses by their own design and both the Judges and Attorneys are the monkeys. As soon as I figured that out, I played the games you all play. I was polite and respectful and I used every advantage I could. Along the way I didn’t see any lawyering worth paying for.

He got in the suitcase. It was a drunken game of hide and seek. The two of them were severe alcoholics. He didn't think it was funny after some time in the suitcase but she had different feelings about it, then went to sleep probably assuming he would get out of there. They had many drunken encounters with police involvement and DV incidents she just thought it was like any other night. I think they drank more than the two bottles of wine, because any seasoned alcoholic knows that twice the legal limit is how they wake up most mornings. Her tolerance was probably staggering!....She should have taken the deal she was offered, but she's so narcissistic she is incapable of recognizing her accountability.
