A salute to your sir, for enduring the heat of the kitchen, every customer should be honored you put your heart into every meal coming from said kitchen.
@@flipcooks I feel you brotha, I've been a Chef for 20yrs and still not used to the heat snd the walk in cooler is a true blessing. Thanks for sharing and stay blessed Chef 🍻
watching this makes me hate when i used to cook on a line, its just helll amazing how this is just so fluent, all while im over here washing dishes cooking and some how taking orders
If this doesn't make you respect restaurant workers I don't know what will. I started bussing tables them moved to prep then to various other parts of the line so I know very well the level of energy output that they go through day after day but this captures it so well. My brain was mesmerized by my body screamed in agony 😂
Cool line. Better than the one im on. What are you recoding with and using? Was thinking about doin this but don't got the equipment if I knew the kind I will
Good job brother it boggles my mind that you get such good footage yet some law folk still can't get their cameras right. Whats your favorite dish to prepare if you don't mind my asking?
Hey, really enjoyed the POV of a different kind of kitchen. Just wondering whats is your reasoning behind taking a new glove for every fish youre getting out of your fridge, seems quite wasteful in my opinion, wouldnt a pair of Tongs or a Spatula also do the Job especially with those bigger pieces of Salmon? Greetings from Germany
Wow you change gloves....chef and owner love touching fish and chicken then plate finished meals....after this new job I will never eat in a restaurant again
Looks like it could be a great video but the camera is tilted down so far you can't really figure out what he is doing half the time. Or maybe it can be zoomed out a bit? I don't know enough about these cameras, so maybe this is the best they can be. Too bad, because I would really like to see more.
Actually birkenstocks are the best. Not the birkis but the real professional birks. They'll put you out 300 bucks but last longer and are more comfortable than any other kitchen shoe. Been a chef for 15 years and been cooking professionally for 21. I know first hand, lol
@@zacharyswan4927 Well done dude, glad to hear that.. but I was speaking just for the crocs only nothing else. If you have the money and your pocket is holding to afford them to give 300 bucks go then buy a piece why not..

It must be 110 degrees or more in there brotha, your a savage.. I've been a Chef for 20yrs and I feel your pain cause when i start moving I'm hot AF
lots of water and trips to the walk in lol

Now THIS, is how you run a kitchen… the person filming this for us, is an absolute professional and this was incredible to watch!
Much respect to you man. Great video
This is a beautiful ASMR kinda thing man, and as one of the other guys said, a showing of the effort behind the line

Good job brother it boggles my mind that you get such good footage yet some law folk still can't get their cameras right.
Whats your favorite dish to prepare if you don't mind my asking?
What a set up! Custom built?
What kind of sandwich is that your making? The way y’all cook in the fire like that is dope as hell.
All of a sudden 10 uber orders come all at once.
I'd be sweating my ass off standing in front of those fires all night
Good job, friend. It even made me hungry. hahaha.

Much respect from me
It went mute I rlly wanted to see how you say “corner” in this video
I always like flipping those burners for the walk upside down and it makes a really good make shift wok burner.
for the wok* stupid autocorrect
What is the sauce that you are brushing on the Fish fillets?
It is a Teriyaki glaze.
Looks like closing would suck in that kitchen
I miss working the line 😪
Can you get a wide screen camera ?
currently have a gopro hero 10 and film on wide angle. i do wish it would show more i’ll have to play around more with the angle!

Should’ve just dropped the rest of the fries smh
Tons of tuna being served. Would that be assume to be mostly females ordering tuna for dietary reasons mostly?
salmon* i’m not sure about the demographics
Просто, БоГ!
💯
Why not just use tongs for the salmon instead of having to take the time and burn a glove every time?
Health code unfortunately
👍👍👍
These videos make me ashamed of every shitty tip I've ever given lol.
haha don’t be we don’t get tips anyway
Your food contamination cross over is horrible.
Honestly, this is some sloppy cooking!
Ugh 😑 bye 👋
It’s line cooking, you can only be so perfect… I swear some of you people on here are some of the biggest keyboard warriors
