First vid testing out the new gopro on the line. Was a pretty slow night but these were some highlights!
Not a criticism but more of a observation, can you not use tongs to get salmon etc out instead of using gloves, seems a bit of a waste of a glove to get 1 item out n throw the glove away....awesome videos too, wish you wud do more regularly 😊

So seeing your POV videos are awesome . So the one plate you guys have , it’s Serrano peppers and either sweet potatoes or finger potatoes ? What are the two patties you guys have ? At first I thought it was a pineapple patty, lol. Keep the videos up , it’s a great visual precursor to those wanting to work on a back line other Waffle House .

If this doesn't make you respect restaurant workers I don't know what will. I started bussing tables them moved to prep then to various other parts of the line so I know very well the level of energy output that they go through day after day but this captures it so well. My brain was mesmerized by my body screamed in agony 😂

Ok so i have never cooked pro before. Can someone explain why some fish sits and rests while others go right from cooked to plated? Then some goes back in for reheating? Great videos!
