I was a Vegan for over 10 years, and that nearly destroyed my body, mind and health. I woke up one day and just said F this, and I AWAKENED in that moment. I started eating meat, eggs, fish dairy , ALL of it! AND MY WHOLE LIFE CHANGED! My body just loved it, my mind loved it and my soul was cheering me on to. My body composition is at it's best of my whole life. My skin is glowing and any loose skin I had has actually toned up in just 8 months of eating a meat based diet. My hair has grown back, my strength keeps getting better and better, my immune system is rock solid, my thyroid healed up, my other hormones are back in balance, AND no more chronic fatigue, anemia, dizziness, and feeling cold all the time. I will never go back to Veganism again. Since eating beef, I can now recover after all my workouts, and my weigth training sessions are BEAST mode like never before. Meat is the most nutritious food the Creator has given us. Stay awake , eat meat, and train consistently and your whole life will AWAKEN !!!

Interesting, because I had the opposite experience. I went from good health to great health by getting rid of meat. I'm 60 and people guess me to be 40. You must not be too bright if all that happened to you. Or your story is BS. Good luck with heart disease and cancer.

@@TH-il8mn What's "unkind" is to blame all those health problems on eating plants. I have to call out BS. That type propaganda should not be tolerated, because it meant to spread hate for vegans. She was either on some kind of wacky raw diet, like drinking urine (yes, that's a thing) or this is BS.

I am a vegeterian since 2years now, and i dont feel any different, i even feel slightly better. I stopped because these mass factory farming for me is very very evil, i saw things that will hunt me forever, but i dont judge people who dont eat meat.

I went vegetarian, and then vegan at 12 years old for over a decade. I was misguided by society, I had health issues, anxiety, was always hungry and thinking about food, and was skinny fat. Once I added meat and eggs back into my diet, and started eating a meat and animal foods based diet I transformed myself. My dry brittle skin and nails are finally healthy. My anxiety/ depression improved significantly. I’m satisfied and satiated at meals, no longer thinking about food all day long. I dropped body fat and increased my muscle mass, and now I’m able to maintain my weight without dieting or counting calories. The best part is that my daughter is fuelling her diet properly, and says that “mom is so short because she was a vegan” 😂. Keep the animal foods message strong!

As far as hospitals go, (RN here), there is a condition called hospital psychosis when people become altered and confused because there is literally no windows in there room or it's hard to see out of the window because they can't even tell if it's day or night.

Love your Chanel guys, thanks. As an Architect/Health Planner and Registered Nurse, I understand what you are getting at about east facing windows and light for patients 😀 but unfortunately it isn’t always operationally or environmentally friendly to give everyone an east facing window. A hospital 4 metres wide and 5 kilometres long or multiple parallel skinny buildings unfortunately doesn’t operationally or environmentally work very well. Primary to major hospital design is the inclusion of windows and a view for patients. I’m in Australia and this is part of our codes, standards and guidelines when designing hospitals, not sure how it works in USA but imagine it’s similar. We’d really like to design the absolute best healthcare design outcomes for everyone but it isn’t always possible with many constraints, siting, other buildings blocking, size of hospital, cost etc . Hopefully the food industry will be called to task on ensuring the provision of healthier food not super processed and one day we can all eat better and not end up in a hospital. Thanks for your great work in discussing these really important topics, much appreciated 🥩🥗🥚

@@megavegan5791no it isn't. There may be farmers out there who claim they use regenerative farming practices when they really don't, but regenerative farming is a real thing, and it'snot as new as people think. It has been proven to improve soil quality, produce fruits and vegetables with higher nutritional values, promotes better regrowth of vegetation and new growth on land where farmers started out with nearly barren land. There are many names for it but it's really just streamlining the processes of nature. Nature shows us the best way to grow, humans just didn't pay attention until recent decades.

Also, let's not forget, I didn't say the meat consumption of Hong Kong makes them immortal. However if your a vegan but your allergic to soy, nuts 🥜, lots of vegetables and fruits 🍎 then that’s a hard life to live especially in America. If you’re vegetarian but allergic to eggs 🥚, cheese 🧀 and milk 🥛 then you will also have a challenge. There’s tons and tons of

I definitely ate tons more as a vegetarian/ vegan like beans 🫘 rice 🍚. Soups 🍲 🍜🥫, stir fry 🍛 tofu ect and I did just fine.
    Different strokes for different folks.
I honestly for got how satiating meat 🍖 is.

Loved the show y'all. Especially enjoyed the laughs and perspectives about male tendencies towards jabs at each other. Generally men trade fake insults and women trade fake compliments. So funny how the sexes differ in a beautiful and incomprehensible way that the opposite sex doesn't quite comprehend. Again great show guys.

I love meat 🥩 I like cooking it as well with many different options cooking it. But the day I stopped eating meat I felt great. I have much more energy, I’m no longer foggy headed. I can think much better. No more infrequent bowel movements. I’m happy that I don’t eat meat. My stomach feels great, I do take supplements to prevent a deficiency.

09:40 yes, big majority of nurses & doctors want to help people. BUT medical institutions are run by bureaucrats, not docrors.😮 Plus unfortunately young people starting out to be a doctor are indoctrinated throughout the process and made sure they stay in line if they want to get & then keep their license.
Many of them gets burnt out by 40, that's how it can happen e.g. woman in 50s goes in to yearly check up, doctor with his back to the door, he hasn't yet even looked at her, let alone her labs, but says I want to give you Ozempic to lose weight and a statin for your cholesterol. Then turns around for a surprise... reality check...

Any diet can be done correctly or incorrectly regardless of if the diet contains meat or not. Think of all the sick, unhealthy, fat, cancer people who eat lots of meat. Vegans can be just as healthy but it requires more attention to detail. I've been vegan for 11 years and I have endless energy, I'm extremely healthy, I feel great, I have tons of muscle, and am stronger than some guys in my gym. People can be healthy on any diet. Regardless if meat is the healthiest thing ever, I'd never go back simply because of my love for animals.. I know that I can thrive without meat.

FYI. In most cases the cows are artificially inseminated then it’s just the cows that didn’t ’hold’ that go to the bull. The ratio for cows to bulls is something like 25-30 cows per bull. This is how seasonal pasture dairies work anyway 😊

Sorry guys but you kinda missed the mark with the medical discussion… hospital systems aren’t designing rooms or making decisions to keep people in the hospital longer, nor would they if they were aware of the option. Hospitals are not lacking for patients in this sick society. If anything, they don’t have enough beds.
They get you out as fast as humanly possible, sometimes too fast. The future of healthcare profitability is secure, because most of society doesn’t WANT to change.
