    I purchased the beginner TRX body transformation and really like a lot of what you teach but struggled to keep up a routine with the paper workouts.
    I decided recently to commit to exercising every day and see how long I can make it. Usually with a run followed by a TRX muscle workout of 1 exercise to really focus a body part while applying a lot of what you teach, focusing on that squeeze like I am trying to rip down the wall.
    These full body workouts are just what I needed for a day like today when I didn’t get a chance to do my run.
    Day 14 for me. And once again I appreciate the videos and what you teach.

      @@fitnessfreedomathletes thanks, I upgraded to the platform. I just looked at the digital version and it is nice that it has the videos for the form right on the workout for the day. I will likely try to mix those workouts into my routine but definitely prefer videos like this one where I do the full workout along with you.
      And don’t listen to the naysayer complaining about the HIIT bodyweight workout videos. I plan to do those also while traveling. Any workout you post that I can do with my TRX or bodyweight I will try.

    Hey Adam,
    Just wanted to thank you for your content! I've been doing TRX for 2 years, doing group classes at my local gym. I'm considering going solo to save money (and also because I feel like I have enough experience to do so). So your videos are helpful to learn new exercises and revisit some I had forgotten about!

      I have a question. I do have my own TRX at home and I know you can anchor them to a door but I'm soooo scared to bring my door down 🤣. Do you know if there's a way to know if a door will hold?
      For arm, shoulder exercises I'm not too worried but if it's more for planking that I'm worried...

    Sorry, possibly dumb question... What are you squeezing when you "squeeze" for 2?

      No dumb at all, you are squeezing the target muscle. It's your mind muscle connection, feel the muscle and powerfully squeeze it

    When i do this exercise my elbows hurt. Any idea why?

      Overloading the joint not the muscle. Improves with practice and technique. You may be making the exercise too hard, try reducing the angle and focus more on that top squeeze
