    Great video structure. Superb 'insert tile' of an explanation on each exercise, to get us focusing on the right technique.

    Just did this workout. Great stuff. Are your paid programs set out exactly like this? As in, follow along videos? This is exactly how I want to workout.

      Hi Paul, glad you enjoyed it. The Programs aren't follow along classes like this because they focus on more detailed teaching and application. They have follow along technique teaching videos for every single exercise, teaching the muscle-centric technique, and mind muscle connection principles. And come with a structured and progressive workout plan to follow over 8-16 weeks (level dependant). They are focused on transforming your physique, cardiovascular ability, and strength week to week via the progressive plan. And also come with nutrition, mindset, and performance training.
      I’ll keep posting workout classes up here to follow every few weeks though, so stay tuned!

      They aren’t follow along classes though. Structured workout plans with exercise technique video library, and nutrition, mindset and execution and performance mastery teaching courses. I’m bragging a bit becuase I love the Platform and the awesome people in the community #braggingrights

    Been doing this every other day for a few months. Gradually increased the number of sets and included a couple of things. Had to split it into A/B cause the workout was getting too long. Plus, I'm slow and over 40, so I probably need more rest time between sets. BTW, any reason not to go full range of motion on the squats? Thanks for the content!

      That’s great to hear you’re finding it enjoyable. With regard ti the squats. By all means go all the way down if you wish/can. With this being a beginner workout, I didn’t push it further 👍🏼💪🏼

    Honestly, I think it's perfect. Really clear. I will try to have some réflections to improve your vidéos. But now it's all good to me. Chapters, good visibilty the way you move.
    I just have a question? What do you think about unique intense set for each exercice. Less répétitions but more intense. Someone told me it's a way to win some time and optimize the workout.

      With regards to doing less reps but more intense, in others - going to failure:
      - It's absolutely a great way to exercise but at an advanced level. It's exactly why i created The Advanced TRX Full Body Athlete program, to teach and guide people on how to do that - trxtraveller.com/product/trx-full-body-intensity-program/
      - The reason I say advanced level is because you need to understand the 3 strength ranges of a muscle and how to deplete it across all three to get total development, combined with a higher level of exercise technique.
