Superman could do the same but on steroids essentially. Vader could hold up yes, but then comes the problem that he isn’t going to physically damage Superman if he isn’t given a good opening to use the force(assuming he can give out enough physical output with it), in which if Superman is moving at him from different angles, flying, and point blank using his laser vision; Vader will get fried. Overall, Vader would lose purely due to being overwhelmed by Supes, and if he did try a force choke, laser vision comes out, suddenly he has to try and not get lasered, focus can be broken. Only other force ability that could help is a mind trick, but otherwise, he’s doomed against the big blue boy scout.

I don't think this video is true but Vader is pretty tough. His suit has ressisted lightsaber strikes and in comics you have him surviving large explosions and eating shots slug throwers (guns). Like i said i don't believe he is more durable than supes bit he is pretty tough
