    These resistance bands are excellent for travel and on days you can't leave the house, The bands were a big plus during the Covid Crisis when gyms were closed and from boredom at home. Thank you for sharing your workout.

    Here’s the thing. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

    Thank you so much for sharing this workout. I had a doubt though. While doing these exercises I feel completely normal with regard to my posture. However, after the end of the set I can feel a sudden strain upon my shoulders. What can be the reason behind this?

      Hi Rishi, spot reduction is not possible. You need to lose overall body weight and eventually your chest fat will also go away and for that you need to be in calories deficit. Chest workouts will help you to build and tone the chest muscles.

    Sir,
    I am one of the subscribers of your UA-cam channel and I have been following your workouts session with resistance bands for the past two months. The sessions are great and to the point.
    But the point of writing you is that from my birth I have pectus excavatum or funnel chest. Now I am 35 yrs old (weight 68 kg) and while doing the chest workout with resistance bands, it got me thinking that for this special condition some specific sets of exercises are needed. I searched in the net for some exercises with resistance bands in case of such condition but I couldn't find any.
    So, I have turned to you to give me some suggestions/ instructions so that my chest looks good.
    Besides that I am regularly following your workout sessions and it's working great.
    Hope that you are doing well and I really hope that you will send some instructions.

      Since these workouts are designed for Advanced level, you can do one or two muscle group a day for 6 days and then 1 day rest.
      Monday- Chest-Triceps
      Tuesday - Back and Biceps
      Wednesday - Shoulder and Legs - Abs
      Thursday- Chest- Triceps
      Friday - Back and Biceps
      Saturday - Shoulder and Legs - Abs
      Sunday - Rest
      OR
      Monday- Chest
      Tuesday - Triceps
      Wednesday - Back
      Thursday- Biceps
      Friday - Shoulder
      Saturday - Legs and Abs
      Sunday - Rest

      Guys, please make sure your arms are too high when you do incline chest press or flys and in case of chest press and chest flys not above your shoulder level else it will shift the focus to the shoulders.

      Hello Bibek, fat around the chest will go away when you start losing overall body weight and that is possible when you stay in calories deficit. These workouts will help you to build and tone chest muscles. So stay in calories deficit with high protein diet and follow these workouts. 👏

      HI Sandip, spot reduction is not possible. You have to lose overall body fat. Chest fat will automatically goes away. These workout will help you to build muscles but to lose fat you need to be in calorie deficit. I'm going to make a video on this topic very soon.

      Align the bands under your armpits and press from that position rather than around the outside of your arms. You will get a much better pump on your chest and your shoulders and arms wont burn out so fast.

      Don’t do it daily.. muscles need time to recover.. if you do 5-6 days a week, you may start noticing changes in 10-12 weeks.

      I will do chest workout twice a week and other workouts uploded on your chanell like biceps and back workouts and i doing workouts by bro split and doing chest twice in every week so in how much time i see effect on my full body

      Don't train same muscle group everyday else it won't recover and you will not see results. Train each muscle only twice a week and not in consecutive days.

      Hello, I'm using these bands but unfortunately these are not available in India. Please check online and read the reviews. I suggest to buy something above 1500-2000 Rs for better quality. Don't go for cheap ones they may break hence not worth buying

      I find cable flys more effective than butterfly or pec-deck as you get full range of motion when you do chest flys and that too in controlled way.

      Incline press, chest press and decline press are for upper, medial and lower chest respectively.
