If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Align the bands under your armpits and press from that position rather than around the outside of your arms. You will get a much better pump on your chest and your shoulders and arms wont burn out so fast.
I will do chest workout twice a week and other workouts uploded on your chanell like biceps and back workouts and i doing workouts by bro split and doing chest twice in every week so in how much time i see effect on my full body

Don't train same muscle group everyday else it won't recover and you will not see results. Train each muscle only twice a week and not in consecutive days.

Align the bands under your armpits and press from that position rather than around the outside of your arms. You will get a much better pump on your chest and your shoulders and arms wont burn out so fast.

How much time it takes to see visible changes if i doing this daily
Don’t do it daily.. muscles need time to recover.. if you do 5-6 days a week, you may start noticing changes in 10-12 weeks.

Don't train same muscle group everyday else it won't recover and you will not see results. Train each muscle only twice a week and not in consecutive days.

Hello, I'm using these bands but unfortunately these are not available in India. Please check online and read the reviews. I suggest to buy something above 1500-2000 Rs for better quality. Don't go for cheap ones they may break hence not worth buying

I find cable flys more effective than butterfly or pec-deck as you get full range of motion when you do chest flys and that too in controlled way.
