    Sir i came across your videos and it feels like i have stumbled upon a gold mine.
    Mene apke kuch videos dekhe and bohat hi jaada beginners centric and knowledge based lage.
    And i know sir apne videos bohat ache se compile kari hai but i feel a little lost (may be coz i am technically challenged about UA-cam), so i dont know which videos should i start with where i can get week plans to so that i can hit all muscle groups individually with resistance bands, jese gym me karte the.

      +Steve Fo Thanks for your comment. You can split and customize these workouts to design your own plan. Something like two muscle groups a day split or upper & lower body workout circuits, whatever works best for you.

    Your Videos Are Amazing Sir G . There Are Lots Of Videos On UA-cam But Only Few People's Videos Shows Correct Posture For The Exercise. The Wrong Posture Will Harm Our Body A Lot So All The Peoples Should Follow The Correct People And Trust Me Its Very Difficult To Select A Good Trainer On UA-cam.

    Wow super only thing it would have been nice to show the exercise Baed on anchor points . If there are 5 exercises in one anchor point then you can add all in one and then go to next anchor point instead of switching anchor point immediately after one exercise

      Hi Awab, better you do either full body workout routine aur push pull / body split for best results. You should train every muscle group at least twice a week. For fat loss and muscle gain watch this video

      Try to keep your chest out while doing chest workout, your shoulders should stay behind your chest all the time.
