    This class was recommended to me by my physiotherapist and it is really useful. It incorporates lots of the exercises she has recommended and it is so easy to just follow the class. Thank you.

    Love this class. I have a labreal tear and OA in the right hip so these strengthening exercises are great for me!

      exactly the same injury! The workout was great for me too.
      I do a lot of planking as well, it seems to be the only thing that really relieves the weakness. Do you have anything that works well for you?
