OK the twist on the belt is 90 degrees on a long span. Plus you have no way of knowing how much torque you put on the Crankshaft pulley/ Harmonic Balancer Bolt

It usually makes a squeaking noise and you might see wobbling while it spinning.

Bad advice never pull that way because you could separate it from the rubber insert. Always go inside the pulley on this style
