- The world-famous Brad Leone makes BA's best piña coladas - just be careful, they may be sweet and delicious but they pack a punch. Freezing fresh pineapple definitely makes the best impact flavor-wise in this piña colada recipe, but you can use 8 oz. frozen pineapple if you wish.

Everybody in the kitchen seems very reluctant to drink those pina coladas, which makes me think there is a story behind it. I think one time that everybody accidentally got blasted on BA's best pina coladas at 2 in the afternoon on a Tuesday.

My tips for virgin Piña Coladas: use a small amount cream soda or ginger ale.
There’s also coconut flavored soda in the Latino section of some grocery stores. Woodmans in Wisconsin carries one called… Coco Rico? Something like that.

I recently made this for few friends using the exact recipe and let me tell you.... it was AMAZING! one of the best drinks I ever tasted in my life. Super refreshing since it’s like 95 degrees here in Florida. Thank you Brad!
