These may be the Foreigners coming into the country and thieving. Do these homes have alarms? Maybe they should get guard dogs?? How do they know what property they have in the home? 4th time in 5 years? Time to leave or get private security.

If only there existed some service where you could electronically monitor your home for intruders and if it were set off they would automatically call the police for you. Then you could put signs in your yard and stickers on your windows to notify potential burglars that you were subscribed to this service and they would leave you alone.
I believe for them...to be robbed 4-5times in a few yrs. At their home in that area. Those robbers have visited that house, b4 from a delivery dropoff and saved that address to return, again & again. 🤔

So i live in LA neighborhood where we have seen break ins, and I invested in gated windows and gated doors on the sliding back door, i didn't want my home to look like a prison so opted for a beautiful custom design and the copperish color makes the home look classy plus i sleep and leave my home unattended peacefully.. fyi it was pricey but can't put a price on ease of mind. Most people in areas like mine and this can afford this but opt not to.

American houses are not ready for this. Historically safe, glass doors and large windows, no fence to protect front doors. I never slept well by myself in my California townhouse. Now living on the second floor in secure building me and my corgi are calm and feeling safe
