    UDS and rent are very important.. I got lottery for flat in swagruha pocharam but UDS was 15sft and those are old I dropped.. Yes after 25 to 30 years no value for construction.. And in flats community and maintenance counts..

    What u said is good , but u can't degrade areas by saying ameerpet is old city, people like u who came from other parts of the country and settling in hyderabad west , thats it u can't say central hyderabad areas as old city , just 30-40 years back ameerpet was also city outskirts, what if in next 30-40 years also west hyd areas are like u guys say golden triangle ares also become crowded? Can we say it as old cit than?? In that case after 30-40 years whole hyderabad would be old city ahh ?? Remember entha hyd develop iyna cental hyderabad areas like abis, himaythnagar, narayanguda, rtc cross roads, begumpet, kairthabad, somajiguda, lakadi ka pool, ameerpet , begumpet, branjarahills , jublieehills, sri nagar colony, panjagutta will never fade out , west of hyd lo max dependent on IT , where central hyd has assembly, Secretariat, ghmc office , city mayor ,cm - who actually governs whole Telangana , Mla s workplace...

      bro.. what u mentioned is true.. but West growth is even triggered or supported by govt.. so obviously no suprise if the places u mentioned like govt offices.. may also in future go near by to west 😀
      even many times govt representated members said.. IT is major contribution to growth or income of Telangana.. so obviously will be given high priority.. as its crucial engine for state income..

      Ya ok I agree, I may happen as u said , but do we call west hyderabad after 30-40 years as old city than?? .. Instead of he using word old city , he would have mention that ameerpet has became saturated area to invest , but he referred as old city. Also as of today west hyderabad is mainly dependent on IT sector, we have seen in covid times , how many pgs , hostels , rent portions were empty where whole IT was functioning work from home concept. After covid we have seen most of small to mid range companies adapted work from home and hybrid model ,also to mention current government is trying to develop across hyderabad. Anything can happen in future we can't predict, but he people come from other states to Telangana for their livelihood and hyderabad welcome everyone and those migrated people won't have anything in their native places so they settle here in hyderabad and degrade areas in hyderabad where actual native hyderabadis live .they need to control their words before giving those satements. And these real estate youtubeer come from other states and hype the areas where they have their own ventures

      After few years we also get old so dont worry about word old :) but i see somewhat you also agree thats it wont give much returns compared to west invester pov

      @@suryadevara9417 yes 100% I agree, in terms of investment west is more viable than central part of hyderabad, but that does mean that it is old city, as a real estate investor advisor srinivas garu would have mentioned in other wrodd in decent way , he can't degrade or over hype areas - say market is saturated or no scope of restuns or something like that. But not giving statement as old city. Thats it
