    Hyderabad has best infrastructure & Real Estate boom continues next 10 years sir inbetween ORR RRR. Lot of projects Metro ph 2, RRR, RADIAL roads, Musi River Front Revanth Anna CM visionary leader.

    I'm unsure how many investments are being diverted from Hyderabad to Amaravathi, but most of the reasons for Hyderabad's real estate slowdown are also applicable to Amaravathi. Historically, Amaravathi saw skyrocketing prices during CBN's first term, surpassing even Bombay's real estate prices. This overpricing makes it challenging for companies to invest, as they struggle with employee retention due to affordability issues - same trend continuing in CBN's second term. The biggest challenges facing Amaravathi are affordability for the common man and flooding risks. Moreover, the development plan involves converting fertile agricultural lands, capable of producing three crops annually, into a concrete jungle, destroying the natural environment. Regardless of politics, the chosen capital location is questionable; ideally, it should be in areas which are less fertile , no flood risk and affordable lands. 🤔

    Dear Srinivas garu, kindly don't compare Hyderabad real estate with Amaravathi area.Hyderabad is a big city with more than 1.5 crore population with huge infrastructure whereas in Amaravathi except the population of around 1 lakh spread over 29 villages. You are aware unless public habitation increases there won't be any organic or sudden growth inbreal estate. We can also see what happened to Naya Raipur the new capital constructed by Chattisgarh govt. Even now the employees working in new Secretatiat do up and down to Raipur daily and also the position of Ambey Valley in Pune area developed by Sahara India.
