一蘭のラーメンを美味しいと言う人達は工場生産のインスタントラーメンやカップラーメンを食べて育った年代。
徹底したセントラルキッチンで加工した食材で店舗で外国人バイトでもできるオペレーションはラーメン職人もいらないし、茹でた麺に加工した食材を乗せるだけの業務用インスタントラーメン。
普通のラーメン店に有る厨房機器もいならないし、見えない様な厨房のレイアウトで、普通のラーメンは作れない。
手作りのラーメン店のように「スープの゙出来が悪いので本日は休業します。」みたいにならない様に業務用添加物で味を整えているので全国同じ味。
業務用添加物でも食品表示法に触れない業務用添加物で加工すれば表示義務は無い。
同じ様に徹底したセントラルキッチンで加工した「サイゼリヤ」も店舗にイタリアシェフはいませんし、厨房ではアルバイトで出来るオペレーション。
同じセントラルキッチンなのにサイゼリヤは徹底した低価格なのに、一蘭はボッタクリの高価格。
ボッタクられて高価格で一蘭の業務用インスタントラーメンが美味しいと思っている人達には哀れに思えます。
最近、一蘭の店舗の閉店が多いのは一蘭の業務用インスタントラーメンの終焉が近づいているのかもしれません。
