This is a great feature. Please allow us to reduce the amount of characters even further. At times, it is useful to have only a word or two on the screen at a time. Also please allow larger text without line wrapping.

@@ericphilpott9468 Thanks Eric! Will do. There are videos (especially gaming), where you'll see where the creators will only put like one word at a time on the screen for emphasis, etc. I played with the settings and couldn't get it low enough. Would love to be able to dial it down more. Also, if it could keep the text in the middle of the area when it jumps between multi-line and single line, instead of at the bottom when single line, that would be great. I'll post in the uservoice.
@@Neo300002 what about editing the transcript into super short segments in the Text panel? (I haven’t tried this yet, myself, but I will when I get a moment)

Would be nice if there was an option for the subtitles to appear as a simple text format, allowing content creators to use their text preset for the animations
Do you want the captions to be translated into animated titles (a different asset type?) I know a Developer who's working long an API that can do the translation... would that be of interest?

Generating the transcription requires an internet connection. Is that the thing that's taking a long time?
@@ericphilpott9468 I think my internet speed is 300MB so should be fine but still take forever to create caption. I hope adobe do sth with this
I just made it. I restart PC and did it again after several hours and now It worked! May be server problem? but anyway thanks for the GOD tool. This is really life changing technology

Is it possible to give different styles to each speaker automatically?
Chico, it gives you the option to highlight portion of the text and then use the color picker to colorize the text.
What version of PP is this? Can you do it offline? Or do you need to still send it off and wait for it to come back? :) It looks like an amazing feature if you can use it while offline. 😀
15.4 - latest update. Check the Creative Cloud Desktop App. :)
And it's a cloud service so no offline...but who knows what the future holds

Does it work with singing?
Hey Mr. Frandy! We just tested it with a music video. It works decently with singing, but the auto-transcription makes mistakes in moments of the song where the vocalist is holding notes or not enunciating perfectly. It captures the lyrics well when the vocalist sings in a more "talkative" cadence. Hope that helps! Let us know if it works for you.

only used this twice both times it has not worked !!
I've a problem regarding premier export video quality . I'm not getting high-quality video output compared to actual raw/unedited footage.
im shooting video in 1920x1080 (50 Mbps) and also exporting the same footage in 50mbps but in my observation im getting 20-25% less video quality, why is this happening? does premier pro reduces quality?
following are the export settings -
Scale to Fit
1. Format - H.264
2. Preset - Custom
3. 1920x1080
(25fps , Progressive, Hardware Encoding , VBR 1 Pass , Target Bit Rate- 20 mbps , AAC-320 kbps , 48kHz, Sterio)
4. Render at Maximum Depth
5. Use Maximum Render Quality
6. Import into Project
Sir, does premier reduces video quality also in higher bitrate (50 Mbps) compared to original video footage?
Help Needed......
If you set your target bitrate to 20 Mbps, you shouldn't expect a 50 Mbps output...

Yeah, I am, and it seems to be working, but nothing happens when it's finished. Not to mention the new update keeps crashing. Had to rollback but even that didn't work. Still seeking crashes in Pr smh I give up
