I am 71 and work lunchroom/recess duty at a Grade School, so walking 2.5 hours a day. I find your videos really work for me to exercise in the evening. Sometimes my legs are sore but feel better after the video. I realize at my age, I have to keep moving. 🙏 💪 ♥ Edit: I lift weights(3 & 5 lbs) which is also important to maintain my strength.
Love it! I really enjoy your dance / walking videos- but sprinkling these fat burning boxing and kick boxing videos make it super balanced and I don’t get bored! As a woman in the clutches of Perimenopause I could not find workouts that were working like they used to- thanks to my hormones having their own adventure right now🤪 but with caloric deficits and your workouts- I have seen and felt an improvement both physically and mentally🎉 so much gratitude you and your family for making it so you can create these tools for so many of us!!💪🏽🙏🏽

This is a great routine. I added 3 lb weights to increase the intensity and kept my heart rate in the fat burn zone, which is my first focus, then steps. Thank you Rick for the video and motivation.
Finally starting my weight loss journey this week and have done this workout tonight. Throughly enjoyed it and also dancing away in the Zumba workout last night. So glad I came across your channel, can't wait to try another tomorrow!! 😁
