Yes, the earthquake was actually centered in NJ. Lots of shaking, rattling, and rolling going on here in NJ. And yesterday was a partial solar eclipse. Mother Nature keeping us on our toes! Loved the London footage. One of my favorite cities. ❤❤❤
We had a full solar eclipse in Ontario where I live it was amazing !! All the street lights came on !
I live in the Philadelphia suburbs, and I felt the earthquake. We don’t get them often so, I thought my washer was off balance. Then I realized I wasn’t washing 😂, then I thought it was my heater. After I turned down the heat, I thought it might be a gas pipe. It didn’t really cross my mind that it was earthquake. Love your family, and the podcast!
I live in New Jersey near the center of earthquake😮. It was so strange because we have never had an earthquake here before. My family and I were just shocked by it. Everyone is fine and the house wasn’t damaged so it was more of a shock to feel it.

Our family just got back from our very first trip to London -we traveled in from the US. So fun to see places we’d just visited in your vlog. We saw The Play That Goes Wrong right around the corner!

Absolutely beautiful flowers in the park. I am sitting watching the snowstorm outside!!!!! It will be weeks before we see any flowers in Alberta! So I have to live vicariously through all my English UA-camrs.

Yup felt the earthquake here in upstate NY and then survived the eclipse a few days later! All very cosmic!

I’m just outside NYC in Connecticut and I was driving to the store and felt nothing. I was so disappointed. My husband and dog felt it at home, though my kids didn’t feel anything as school. They said some parts of the school felt it while others didn’t🤷♀️.

In my house in lower NY during the quake and the Aftershock later. Didn't feel anything on my little mountain here , nothing shook in my house but sure did hear it! I was looking out wondering where the big truck was or if it was thundering lol.Others i know did get the shaking. Had an earthquake years ago centered near Canada and our work building just swayed making us all wonder if we were getting dizzy before we figured out what it was.

I am just catching up on your vlogs from April-- we did indeed have an earthquake in NYC! I was at the hairdressers and it felt like a big truck rumbling by. At the Music and Art school I run in Tribeca, the whole facade of the building shook. Some of my friends were in the subway when it hit-- that was scary! One of the reasons I no longer live in Southern California is because of earthquakes... Oh well!

Earthquake here in New York was underwhelming. Windows rattled a bit and house too, but I live by a military arsenal so I thought it was low flying helicopters! 😆

A couple of years ago a house exploded about 5 miles from me but it shook our house and the boom could be heard over 10 miles away. Thankfully it was empty, being renovated, and no one was working at the time.
The Cute exhibit had something for everyone, such fun!

You are so lucky living near London. We used to go maybe every other year but the last visit was 2028. Sadly the unreliable train service from here in the North West puts us off at the minute x

Loved today's blog the museum looked great. I've been watching you and your family since 2022 but my wife has been watching since lock down if I saw it I'd ask her what she was watching and she said a family I found you want to watch it. Took me a couple of years but I liked it she said I would. I want to say your the most nicest and genuine people out there and so down to earth. I live in Heywood which is near Bury Lancashire keep up the good work.

I missed yesterday because we were partying and picnicking out in the driveway as we celebrated and watched the spectacular and moving Total Eclipse 2024!!! All caught up now and resting after the guests have gone home.

I love everything! I don’t often comment, simply because I usually watch from my TV while I’m sewing or crafting. But today I had you on my phone, so I wanted to say thank you for taking us with you to the Cute Exhibit! I LOVE Sanrio, and grew up visiting JapanTown (in San Francisco) because my mom loved the book stores filled with magazines with the best patterns for sewing, crochet, and more! I always loved the little stationary goodies, and pretty much wrote every school note on those pastel pages. Obviously, I grew up with earthquakes, so I was disappointed that now that I live outside of NY, I missed the earthquake on Friday! I was teaching my preschool music classes at the time, and we make our own vibrations 😂. And when the aftershock came through, I was busy singing and dancing with my Tot Shabbat families, so again, I missed it! But between that and the eclipse yesterday, we’ve had plenty of excitement out here. Thanks again for these wonderful videos!!!

I love picking up my knitting while watching your podcasts. I’m in Arizona where it’s sunny and 80 degrees. We’re enjoying the milder temps before it gets scorching hot this summer. It has been a day of showers and a little sun here in North Yorkshire, there has been so much rain this year its crazy!
I love to see all of your lovely creations i cant wait to get back to my crafting i broke my wrist at the end of February it was a bad break and im missing my knitting and cross stitching as well as my reading i struggle to hold a book with one hand, typing this to you is a major exercise!! Oh well never mind.

I live in central NJ and we felt the earthquake. Shaking of the house for 20-30 seconds but no damage. To be honest, my first thought was that maybe the shaking was caused by an unbalanced washing machine. Nope. The Earth Moved.
I haven’t commented on any of your lovely vlogs or podcasts until now but I had to on this one. Thank you for showing us your lovely trains!! I live in Paignton in south Devon and we have very very elderly rolling stock down here. We can venture to Exeter to see inter city trains but most of our stations are Victorian, open to the elements and absolutely nothing like London stations. Anyway I love your broadcasts, I must remember to press like each time. Paignton, despite our terrible transport links is a lovely place and I wouldn’t swop my beach hut for anything but London and the south east is another world! You have a lovely family x

Hi Ali & family! I’ve been watching & loving your family for years! My Mom was born in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. The war brought her to Canada when she was 10. I have been to England in 1981 & absolutely loved meeting my British relatives & touring the countryside! I live in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. We live about an hour’s drive from the Blackcomb/Whistler Ski Resort (if you might have heard of it?) I have one son, Spencer, & today is his 34th birthday! Watching your lovely Vlogs from New York City and yes, indeed we did have an earthquake as well as an aftershock later that evening. The earthquake actually was in New Jersey. I was at work and the floor was shaking on the fourth floor of the school building. Very scary.
Love the footage from London. My daughter was studying in Prague several years ago and my husband and I went over to London for several days and then to Prague and Poland had an awesome trip - just around this time 4 years ago.

Hello from Australia! We are finally getting some autumnal weather down here which is great news for me as I can get out all my knitted items to stay cozy.
Are the works in the exhibition from your gallery related to Alice in Wonderland? They look quite Cheshire cat to me. Also the sylvanian families display made me smile. My siblings and I used to collect and play with them, they were so much fun and are incredibly cute!
I also have a bed desk and I love it! I got it a few months after I got long covid and it is absolutely fantastic for using my laptop in bed, as well as eating in bed and using my laptop to watch youtube and tv in bed, which I do a lot of while on bed rest. Mine has a section that tilts up and foward towards me which makes using the laptop more ergonomic and a section that stays flat where I can keep my cup of tea (this has only led to me spilling something on my laptop once)

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has clothes from 20 years ago! I felt the earthquake in southeastern Pennsylvania. It was centered in New Jersey, about 60 miles from me. Everything was rattling in the house. I thought, at first, that it was a helicopter flying too low!
Watching from Santa Fe New Mexico which is 7500 ft above sea level surrounded by 19 Native American Pueblos. Enjoy your daily vlogs. I always learn a lot and your family has delighted me for many moons.
The earthquake was in New Jersey where my son and his family live. Their whole house shook and rumbled. They had a lot of tremors afterwards throughout the day but didn't really feel most of them. I'm so thankful it wasn't a worse quake!
Adorable Ukulele pin! I’d have bought that, too. 🎶 I hadn’t touched my uke for so long that the callouses are long gone from my fingers. But, recently, a neighbor asked me to teach him how to play. He gives me homemade sourdough bread, in exchange! 😋 Good deal, eh?

The earthquake was actually in New Jersey. It was quite scary because it was quite unexpected and is rare. My son moved to NY and he said he felt it there. Lila's dress and jacket looked very smart. CUTE did look very cute!

I’ve just been having a good catch up of all the vlogs over the last couple of days . So happy belated birthday Lilia, the Photo Booth pictures were fab- great mementoes of a landmark birthday. Our weather in Leeds is atrocious it has just been so wet our back garden is just like a swamp. The exhibition looked great I’m sure my Minnie would have loved that!
