Thank you for your FREE crochet tutorial. Smoke detector sound didn't bother me at all. I appreciate the FREE pattern and the time you took to show us. God Bless!
I noticed someone complained about your smoke detector. I must honestly say that I was too interested in your instructions to even notice the chirping until I read the negative comment.🤣😄🤣 If and when sounds do bother me, I simply turn on closed captions and mute the sound. Anyway, your project is very pretty in green and absolutely beautiful in the white. To make a blanket with thread has definitely got to be a labor of love! I'm not sure I'd have patience enough to crochet with thread because it takes (me) way too long to crochet anything of great size; HOWEVER, these instructions can also be used with thicker yarn so I may try it. Thank you very much for the tutorial. 👍😊
This is my first crochet project with thread and it’s coming along so nicely! I wish I could show you. You’re tutorial was very easy to follow especially since you said everything as you went. Thank you so much!
So happy you’re enjoying the video 🙏 please feel free to show me your work my email is crochetqueen2017@gmail.com. I also just posted another video using thread, I hope you enjoy it.
I bought thread and a regular needle, not realizing it's much finer. I've been trying to learn how to crochet with the thread while watching videos with yarn. I kept messing up. I'm going to follow your instructions. The piece you created is beautiful. It reminds me of the intricate pieces my family members did decades ago.
This is the first crochet video that I saw complete steel hooks and i am so happy because all my hooks are steel. And almost everyone uses aluminium or ergonomic hooks
Such a great video I'm a begginer and it was so much fun following your steps and it's so easy to follow I'll be waiting for more great videos like this
Omg I finally got this down thank you so much for your help I kept looking at videos and I didn't understand until I came across your video and had something yarn and then I just did exactly what you did but when you said it's going to be like the v stitches that's the part where people are going to mess up on I would suggest doing another row of that so they know exactly what you're talking about the v stitches
Thankyou so much for ur tutorial. Its my first time crocheting with thread but following ur tutorial made it so much easier and i could do it on first try : D Brb making myself a blanket. Thankyou
My husband thought your smoke detector was ours with a low battery. The chirping was driving him crazy, I had to put on my ear pods. Thanks for the video. I’m making a blanket too
Well that's a relief beautiful work, But I heard chirping and I thought it was the fire alarm batteries in my house. I ran all over the place looking to see which one it was. Now after reading all the comments I see that it's not my battery but yours.🤣
This is beautiful. I would love to make a bedspread but I would need to do it in a rectangle pattern rather than square. Any chance you have a -astern for this in rectangle? Thanks!
The problem with spending a thousand years making a blanket is when something happens to it you’ve lost all that time and effort, and you can’t just buy another one. I sure would like to take a nap with a blanket like that though. I bet it’s wickedly luxurious! 🤤
Im just running up on this pattern. It is beautiful and well given but I have a hard time following you because you haven't answered any 1 questions that have been asked and I'm wondering why
I almost don't want to watch this with the low battery beep from smoke alarm. Can't she hear it? Doesn't she realize how distracting and annoying that can be on audio?
I liked the video but I would suggest making sure bothersome sounds like your fire alarm battery chirp be fixed before you start filming. Happy crocheting
Hi! I don't know if you're reading this. But let me tell you. I can't thank you enough. ❤❤ I followed throughout your video, was able to finish mine. I felt like a pro even though it's my first time 😍 thank you!
I am looking for an apple thread, same as what you are using in this video. I want to buy some, but I have no idea where I can buy it from. Hope you can help. Thanks.
I am back a year later and still have not used any of that thread! I am wondering if mercerized cotton is too stiff for say a blanket? Of course I do think your pattern could be used for a tablecloth.
I know this is late, but I hope you get it. Mercerized cotton gets softer with every wash. Blankets and bedspreads are amazing in it, and are admittedly a labor of love, but so very worth it.
Do you increase the chain by one every time you start a new round after the shell round? I made it to the end of your video but not sure how many to chain for the next round. A written pattern for this would be so great! Ps, the beeping wasn’t that annoying 😂 I was focused more on this beautiful pattern!
Loved the crochet pattern. (Minus the smoke alarm)! Do have anything just a little it simpler? I want to crohet a top for myself. I am at intermediate level. 🙏🏼
Where does the pattern end .are they squares to be joined to make the blanket --------tutoriall out of camera focus. Low battery pips hurted my ears. Despite all that a nice little pattern.
I am very sensitive to sound and wear hearing aids that connect to my phone. The chirp is alarming and sent me looking for my own chirping detector. However, I put the CC on and turned off the sound and was able to follow along.
You have the ability to slow down the video. Or just pause.....I'm grateful people share their work and are generous enough to show people how to do it as well.
So annoying. Change your battery on your smoke detector. If it is a bird, put in a different room. I like you pattern, but can't stand the contrast chirping.

Hello mam queen, I wish you have some tutorial using same pattern as a shawl. Plsssss let me know. I love this pattern.
I tried doing it. But why dont mine look like urs. Its so frustrating. 😪
It takes getting used to crocheting with crochet thread and tiny hooks, but don't give up. It will get easier the more you do it...and SO worth it.
This is the first crochet video that I saw complete steel hooks and i am so happy because all my hooks are steel. And almost everyone uses aluminium or ergonomic hooks
This is really lovely! I have many bins of south maid crochet thread no. 10 and I need to start using it up!
Thank youuuu. That's my first project to do as a fresh beginner. And it turned out same design. Everything was very clear and very beginner friendly
Such a great video I'm a begginer and it was so much fun following your steps and it's so easy to follow I'll be waiting for more great videos like this
Your instructions were very easy to follow! I enjoyed making this. Thanks for sharing!😊
gorgeous pattern! excellent tutorial! I am making a bedspread with this pattern. Thank you!

This is so beautiful and not difficult to follow and take off on my own!! Thank you!!
So beautiful and I do not know how to crochet well and this one was very easy, thank you so much! ❤
My husband thought your smoke detector was ours with a low battery. The chirping was driving him crazy, I had to put on my ear pods. Thanks for the video. I’m making a blanket too
It's her smoke detector...🙃
You could be an Asmr Queen with your soothing voice. Thanks for the tutorial. I watched to the end also to relax 🤣
Simply Lovely, I am also interested in knowing the blanket size that you made and the amount of yards used :)
I love the pattern ...I've done a couple things with thread yarn...I've decided to make a table runner ...making squares
That you sooo much for this tutorial!!! It helped me A LOT, and I've made my first peice 😭💜 thank you! 💜
Thanks alot i was searching for thread pattern
Well that's a relief beautiful work, But I heard chirping and I thought it was the fire alarm batteries in my house. I ran all over the place looking to see which one it was. Now after reading all the comments I see that it's not my battery but yours.🤣
Have you ever used this thread with a bigger hook to make a loose summer top? Would it work ok do you think like with say a 5mm hook?
This is beautiful. I would love to make a bedspread but I would need to do it in a rectangle pattern rather than square. Any chance you have a -astern for this in rectangle? Thanks!
This is beautiful! What size blanket did you make and how many balls of thread did you use? Thanks. :)
Thank you for the pattern. At what point do you begin another row.
What rows are the repeat please.
Hi this looks beautiful. Where can i find thexwritten pattern please?
Do you have another video showing how to connect the pieces?
Will this pattern go on like this forever or do i need to finish it and make new squares so i can join them? I am confused

Love your video. Please do more crochet thread videos. How many rounds did you do for your afghan?
Dear how much thread will I need for the blanket ? Or a long dress
I would absolutely love to make this but the battery needing changing in the fire detector hurt my ears too much to watch and listen 😟
Muito lindo seu trabalho. Grata. Vou tentar fazer. ❤
Im just running up on this pattern. It is beautiful and well given but I have a hard time following you because you haven't answered any 1 questions that have been asked and I'm wondering why
Thank you for not having music playing, make focusing on the work at hand easier. [Don't forget to change the battery in the smoke!]
I almost don't want to watch this with the low battery beep from smoke alarm. Can't she hear it? Doesn't she realize how distracting and annoying that can be on audio?

yeah honestly i’m probably just going to look at another video i don’t understand how people just leave their fire alarms without battery 😐
@@gavi2543 get over yourself
it's just a chirp
It isn't even that much bothering lmao, u guys just love to criticize others@@gavi2543
It isn't even making that much noise, u guys just like to be a bum @@gavi2543

What happens if I use thread size 3? It is just bigger, right?

how big were the squares and how many did you make for a blanket..thanks for sharing i guess it would go fast if using a 4 weight thanks
Beautiful 😻
How does the high pitched noise not bother you? Great instruction but you should make another video without background noise.
Thanks for the video, side note you should change the battery in your smoke detector LOL
I would love to see you make a shawl with this thread. What size thread did you use?
I believe its a size ten thread
10
Please change the batteries in your fire alarms! 😒😒😒
This is amazing where did you learn??
Self-taught 👍🏻
What size of hook are you using?
Beautiful ❤
Thank you 🙏
Do you have a rectangle blanket with this stitch by any chance? 😃
This is beautiful and thank you
Hi. Do you make baby outfits crocheted with thread ?
Pl mention hook no. Because I want to make this.pl answer
It is a size 7. 1.75mm I believe. She says in beginning
1.25mm
Is there a written pattern for this blanket?
No sorry, I created it myself
Awesome 👏 🙌
Thank you
Thank you very much❤❤❤❤
How much thread for a blanket?
What size hook
Size 7, 1.5 mm. She states the thread and hook size at the very beginning💖
I just can't with the smoke detector beeping. I would have liked to watch this.
Plz keep posting more videoes
I just posted a new video hope you enjoy
Beautiful pattern, but the fire alarm chirping constantly was not fun to listen to.
Beautiful work.
Thank you 🙏
@crochetqueen2381 do you have a written pattern for this ? X
Beautiful and thanks for the pattern. Hope you changed that smoke detector battery. Sorry but it was very jarring in the video.
Can you show how to join squares seamlessly please
These are not joined, I believe it is a continual pattern till its the size you want.
I’m going to be uploading a video On how to join squares
What kind of crochet hook do you use for this pattern
1.25mm
Wow
Where does the pattern end .are they squares to be joined to make the blanket --------tutoriall out of camera focus. Low battery pips hurted my ears. Despite all that a nice little pattern.
Plz plz plz plz plz p,z reply what number hook did u use
Please do more videos when you are able. Thanks
I just posted a new video hope you enjoy
easy same as wool similar can try a thread design...
I can't take that smoke detector chirping like that.
You were talking too slow and moving so fast, have to reapeat the same process 5 times before doing it correctly. Not enough instruction
i'm doing this
That’s not a blanket it’s just a small square and the Alarm chirping is very annoying
👏👏👏🤝👉🙋🌹🌹
I enjoyed the video but the noises in background annoying!
Girl put a new battery in your fire alarm. Wth
👍
wow is the loud beep harsh on the ears it is the smoke detector
Reference for myself 24:03
What's with the squeaks? LOL. kind of distracting.
Sorry can’t watch your video due to the constant chirping of your smoke detectors. That is the most annoying sound you could have in a video.
🤣🤣🤣
I’m so sorry about that I really didn’t realize it I just posted a new video Hope you enjoy
Mute your phone
@@crochetqueen2381please don’t be sorry omg , you gave us an amazing tutorial, who the fuck cares about a beep in the back - don’t be sorry :((

Too fast..

Pl mention hook no
1.25mm
It's too fast
Slow it down with playback speed
So annoying. Change your battery on your smoke detector. If it is a bird, put in a different room. I like you pattern, but can't stand the contrast chirping.
