I did finish the session. It was great. My only suggestion is to start with 2 mins of grounding like shavasana or child’s pose. It helps to make the transition from stress to yoga practice. Thank you for these videos. They are great.
It's incredible how one cue said a different way can improve a pose. Before going into crow, Tim says " tuck the buttocks under toward the heels," a cue that I've heard many times before in other poses. This conscious thought when going into crow gave me more stability than in recent memory. That's how he keeps me coming back for more.
Thank you Tim for your lovely class. I have done a lot of your classes and really like them a lot because I like your way of teaching. Since you have asked for our opinions I think it would be nice to see older people who do yoga while you are explaining. At least from time to time. I know that you should never compare yourself to others in yoga but when I watch your classes and always see super skinny people the wish for a change arises.
I really enjoyed this 38-minute session. I feel rejuvenated after doing this session. I think this session is ideal to rejuvenate yourself during a busy work week.

Was pretty wounded yesterday after a big open ocean session. Tight hips, psoas and back. This session is better than all the ibuprofen in the world! Now back to the ocean again today and ready to rock. Oh and.... I’m a doctor as well and appreciate the wisdom of your work outs as well.

Did it just now. This sequence is what i want. I hv been following u since past 3 years..n i like ur sequences which makes me sweat and also stretches d body. Kind of full body workour with lots of surya namaskar, standing poses and core exercises.
I really really enjoyed the pace and flow of this particular sequence. It was challenging but provided great deep stretching--a great balance of both to practice. It also was a great length (about 40min) and I enjoyed the slightly longer corpse pose at the end. Thank you for all you do!!
I loved the pace and the length of this flow! Sometimes the flow is a little too fast for me and I cant stay as mindful as id like to, because I am working so hard to keep up. This was awesome!

Starting from total beginner to a daily practice has literaly changed my life in many many ways. Hi Tim. I’ve done a few of your videos now and enjoy your pacing and presence. Today’s video challenged me on two fronts- I have an irritated periformis that balked at the reverse twist - in a good way, I think. Second, the hand balances are new to me. Do you have a video on how to move into them? I have seen you use the seated-cross-legged pose in a few videos and I am lost as to how to hold it. I loved this video! It really had a bit of everything. The core work and arm balances were fun, and the pace and cues were perfect for me. I also enjoyed camel, as I rarely encounter this pose in yoga classes.
Will add it to my playlist called Yoga essentials. All those downward dogs seemed tedious, but they are super helpful for my shoulder stability. Thank you.

I love the practice and always finish them because they worth it all the way. I really enjoy that there was no further explanation although I understand and appreciate that you do that so we get the posture correct but in my case, with all your guidance, everyday I feel more confident and conscious in my movements. Tim, Its so funny that you asked if we finished the video--I paused it at 23 minutes because I was feeling like I wants wanting to keep going, but I did finish.. thankfully!! I think that since the last 15 minutes switched to more floor work I was able to stick with it. I'm glad I did, I feel amazing right now. Maybe a little preview at the beginning to let us know it wont stay so intense the whole time and that we shouldn't give up. Thanks so much!

Doing a routine vinyasa with you is great. But I really appreciate that you do videos on how to open the hips or activate the back muscles. Those videos help so much and feel so good. I'm 6'4 and I need help on hips and back movements, and your videos help so much. Thank you.
