Soviet National Service was absolutely brutal. Every year of inductees, preyed on the year below them, and made them act as their personal slaves. Only the toughest characters were able to resist.
I think that the denigrated doorman who claimed to have a family emergency, had the brains to see that a doorman is nothing more than low paid hired muscle. All this glorification and legend pushing, misses the point that ordinary doormen are temporary expendable throw away rent a body weekend tough guys. I should know, because I've been one.
Could Russian Andre have taken a right hand clean across the jaw, thrown by the infamous Lee Duffy, and either stayed on his feet or got back up?! Yeah I know, but someone had to ask the question...
Did Kelly, Russian Andre & that door team ever come across Pat Tate & Tony Tucker? Or were they gone by the time Kelly ran the doors in Essex? Cheers, great content.
@@michaelkelly3638 Hiya Mick well done on the podcasts your stories are interesting. I'm 37 years old now living in Uganda but grew up in Pitsea I was just a kid when most of your stories took place. Paul Trehurn used to live just a few doors down when he got married. All the best
Yeah such hard boys. Beating up drunk clowns from essex. 😂 You will notice these roided russian bouncers and Irish plantplots, who are self proclaimed martial art experts, wont ever try a 1-1 with an SAS or marine dude. 😂 But let their ego grow on this one 😂
