To be honest, Russian men are built better and have muscles, steroids, or not. They live in harsh areas in russia and surrounding countries, which is why the men are bigger. They are also required to do the army training by the conscript process. This makes them keep a fitness regime this more desirable to hire.
Funny enough, none of them took gear or even trained with weights. They seemed to prefer gymnastics, judo and sambo. Look up ‘ballistic striking’ on UA-cam and you’ll see Valera training strikes. He’s nearly 60 in the vids but looks 40

russian & eastern european people & i mean no disrepect to anyone are all a product of the extremely oppresive system they lived under

Come on, michael mate, im sure to your knowledge. None of them took any gear, but everyone knows that isn't true. Easy to turn a blind eye when you don't see it mate @michaelkelly3638
About 15 or so years ago I helped with security which the company was owned by my uncle and his Russian partner, Gary my uncle had done door work for years and along side my father in law had the door at the room at the top and Camden pali, along with Lenny, so they had a bit of history but Uri the Russian partner was a power lifter in his past and even though I was big his arms were bigger than my thighs, the team he had like me had no sia badge so we were only called if it kicked off and at the time we were working festivals so we could go in sort the break up then disappear but to our tents as we were working on a week’s festival, these European guy were lovely blokes and I made many friends and work alongside them and many jobs, but these guys were machines and they would only stop when Uri spoke to them on the radios. I don’t know there history but I know it was no sweeping streets in Russia, I’m still very close with Uri as he is still a partner with my uncle but 2 of the Russians always give me a call to see how I am. Since then, I have become very unwell both physically and mentally but it’s nice to know I still have people like that who call me to check up but also great to have in your personal tool box.
Russian Dianobol
& russian conscription is mandatory just like israel
Im not from the area and don't know anything about this but the fact leah Betts death is mentioned pretty much in the same breath as Tony tucker and crew getting shot dead. Is there something being said without being said here

You only saw one side of the job. No one wants to see a video of us saving people from rape, overdoses or stabbings. That’s the hidden boring stuff.
The reality is I’ve interacted with over 5 million clubbers in my career, yet fought no more than 500 times.
The truth is, people only witness the violent stuff and never the quiet.
Bit like police everyone hates them until they need their help
@@sargonsblackgrandfather2072
Absolutely. Imagine clubs running with no security ? We complain about how the new breed have zero respect. I put that squarely down to the reduction of police powers in the late 90’s and the cancellation of stop and search, as it was deemed racist.
We can now see the direct result of that. Doormen today have too much oversight so won’t get involved for fear of lawsuits or arrest as everything is on video. A perfect
example of this is my fight with the yardie. In court it was read out he had 240 convictions and I had none. He won 😂😂😂
This dickhead right here has plenty of experience being launched out of nightclub doors acting the prick obviously 🤡👍🏻🤦🏻♂️
