- Chevy C10 Stepside Muscle Truck Project - 6.0 LQ9, Sloppy Stage 3 cam (.595/.595 238/242@.050), Holley dual plane intake, Quick Fuel 750 carb, 6014 MSD LS Series ignition, Herzog Motorsports Turbo 400, 12 bolt rear with 3.73 gears and an Eaton style posi, and 275/60R15 Firehawk Indy 500 tires. In this video we do some burnouts, some acceleration runs, and a full walkaround showing all aspects of the build. Thanks for watching, we appreciate it!

Love the truck! It's the perfect sleeper. Gives me motivation to build my daughter's '76 C10 swb, and my '68 C10 lwb. I have a 6.0 LQ4 in my shed that needs a new bottom rotating assembly that I had picked up for $100.00, the old crank had spun a few rod bearings.

Your truck looks like tons of fun.My first vehicle was a 78 scottsdale big 10 chevy that my dad gave me when i was 15.He drove it for years.It had 350,000 miles on it when he gave it to me.We restored it together from the ground up.I loved that truck.I was constantly tweeking it making it faster.I had it almost where i wanted it and i let a buddy drive it while i was riding shotgun.Long story short,it got totaled.If i could go back im sure id still be driving it today.That was 26 years ago.

You guys in Illinois? There’s an event in Sikeston Mo called the #Nonamenationals. A 2 day drag event for UA-camrs. That Truck would rock there.
We've been to Sikeston a couple of times. It's a good drive, but not too bad. Thanks for letting us know about that. We are working hard to get the cars sorted so we can hit more events this year.

It's approximately 440 - 470 HP on motor alone. This is based on a dyno test that we've seen of the same combo, plus what the truck's trap speed is in the quarter mile. Obviously, it makes considerably more on the nitrous. It's plenty to have a lot of fun :)
