This one hits home. A series of these events led me to finally go No Contact at 40. I wish I would've done that much sooner. The fallout has been painful, as well. The enablers insist, "But father looovvvvVVVEEEeeessss you." Abuse is not love. Kicking someone when they're down is not love. Taking away someone's joy or peace on an ongoing basis is not love.

Why do they cut you off sexually for months..that seems like they are hurting themself... and when I make a mistake by hurting them..I apologize and they accept it .then a year later the break up with me because of that thing I said a apologized for...I feel he just needed a reason to break up with me..and boy he cut my legs off by saying mean things about me..😢
