    What an excellent result, Teresa.
I think when our bodies start to break down it's like a house of cards and everything comes crashing down and most doctors have no clue what symptom to respond to first and the root cause is not even properly considered.

Thanks for sharing Teresa, what an ordeal.
A book I read went into how our bodies typically don't show many warnings until it's just reached a point it can't cope, and then it can be very catastrophic. They even mentioned how people that are outwardly healthy looking, exercise, and eat "healthy" are the ones that can really be hit hard because they are doing things which help mask some of the symptoms, like weight gain/fatigue/etc, but at the same time the rest of the internal damage is still taking place.
So an unhealthy lifestyle person displays problems early that may just not be there for a healthy lifestyle person, if that makes sense. Then the first real sign something is wrong is something like a heart attack, severe autoimmunity which destroys an organ, or cancer. But who knows, sometimes hindsight isn't even close to 20/20.
Best wishes in your continued health! 🥩💪

Very good story about your health journey Teresa! 🙏🏼
Even though you may not talk about it to others… believe me… people are watching and noticing the difference in your body, mood, stamina, etc…
Even hopefully your Dr will get curious and start down the rabbit hole of learning more about carnivore and its benefits.
    Dave- another great interview.

I like the phrase the Dr, Lisa Wiedeman uses “Carb Sober”

    • @taybarrett2893
      @taybarrett2893 9 днів тому +2

Me too!!! When she talks about having "sober behavior" towards certain foods that was a light bulb moment. I realized then I was a sugar/carb addict. I never thought I had a problem with sweets because I rarely had them in the house. But the reason I wouldn't buy a box of lil Debbies is because I'll eat the whole box by myself within 2 days!! 😂

Teresa mentioned that her husband is a Type-1 diabetic and she also has a friend with that condition, so I thought I'd mention my niece... She's a Type-1 and works part time for me. Last holiday season (2023) I hit on her to work, specifically because I wanted to see if I could shift her and her very heavy daughter's diet. She took to the idea of Carnivore right away and very quickly lowered her insulin intake by over 3/4! Not having so much insulin in her system and the lack of sugar ups and downs simply has to be adding many quality years to her life. So, type-2 diabetes goes away in weeks, on carnivore and Type-1's can manage their condition like never before! More Carnivore miracles!!!

Talk about rising to meet adversity! As she kept running into health problems, she just kept up the search until she found the thing to heal her body, carnivore! Seriously impressive. When people get sick, and serious problems, they can just shut down from feeling ill and all the fear and stress. She really kept going.

Sadly, I have been labeled by my very sick siblings as falling for a fad despite my excellent health at 66 years old. Thanks to one year carnivore following 2 years keto. I have endless energy, good weight (finally), no meds, aches of pains. They have their severe illnesses and plethora of pharmaceuticals.

You really helped me when you said you are staying in the moment, and not fretting about how long you will eat this way, but instead focusing on how well you are feeling, and sticking with it at this time to achieve more healing.
For me, the idea of NEVER having something (warm cider, cool fruits, or whatever) again is still daunting.
Thank you for talking about your illnesses, and encouraging me with your recovery!

Wonderful results 🎉 It certainly is a fascinating, individual experiment. Over time you tend to take the healing for granted but the magic is definitely in the fat. I put lamb fat on serious skin problems and they are shrinking but the mental aspect is so important. Suddenly you find yourself doing things you did ten or twenty years ago without any effort. Then you are sure it's working. One cnvr video should be on the menu every day. 👍

What a wise woman Teresa is, to realise that others have their own journey along this pathway. There are many very fat women around me I just wish they would give carnivore a go. Yet I too have realised carnivore is a long discovery for some people and some others just reject it altogether.

After surgery for a jaw abscess, I was put on IV antibiotics for 3 days in the hospital, upon which a PIK line was installed for continuing periodic antibiotic infusions at my home town , and they also switched antibiotics at that point. I then broke out in a full body rash, presumably from the new antibiotic.

Thank you for sharing Teresa and congratulations on solving the nutrition puzzle. I kind of get the feeling that this is a really important puzzle piece, that offers a tantalising peek at an altogether bigger life puzzle. Bit like the premise of the film "Jumanji", we are thrown challenges and its up to us to respond and try and solve the puzzle. I'm a "baby carnivore" too, so I'm still navigating this space, but it does intuitively seem to me that negation and simplicity is, in some way key to navigating this life and all its challenges. Anyhow, that is only my assumption. I wish you well on your forward journey.

It would have been nice if her doctor would have told her about her other patients when she first got sick instead of after she figured it out for herself. I’d still switch doctors. The doctor isn’t doing what’s best for her patients in my opinion. Imagine if this lady hadn’t figured out carnivore cures. She would probably still be suffering.

Imagine the savings in healthcare costs and reduction in human suffering if people knew the truth about carnivore vs illness. Recently, Dr. Anthony Chaffee interviewed a former professor of medicine at Stanford U. Dr. Zoros iirc, who explained the effects of deuterium in health and disease, referenced a man who prepped himself with grass finished beef and climbed Mt. Everest w/o oxygen. Simply stunning interview full of truth bombs.

Chronic venous insufficiency, consider serrapeptase, pycnogenol.
Serrapeptase: These applications are attributable to its versatile properties including anti-inflammatory, anti-biofilm, analgesic, anti-edemic, and fibrinolytic effects.
Pycnogenol: Pycnogenol® in chronic venous insufficiency and related venous disorders
Improvement of signs and symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency and microangiopathy with Pycnogenol: a prospective, controlled study
