Went down to KWJ to do a night shift with the owner Kieran fitting a new engine to a mk7.5 R, great night. Great company! Job done

No worries! A few ways to do it really, subframe off and drop out the bottom or front end off and drag it out the front 👍

So what happened to the old engine for it to be blown up ? Is it bad engine usage and basicaly killing it while it not warmed up ?

Old engine was tuned to stage 3 running meth too. So around 550bhp. Just worn out from being pushed too hard
