    I used to run 4.8km 15 minutes 15 seconds
    Cross-country took me 3 years to achieve my goal from 22:45 minutes to 15:15 minutes I used to run 6 days a week Milage 16-18km long run
    (1km speed workout 2 minutes 50 seconds pace × 10 sets) ( 200m ×20 sets×28 seconds pace) I used to have some good training partners who used to push me during my long rus and speed workouts

    भाई साहब यह दौड़ने से एक पैर में हड्डी के अंदर दर्द हो रहा है इसका कोई देसी इलाज है तो बताइए सरसों तेल का मालिश कर दिया लेकिन जैसे पैर के पंजे पर प्रेशर आता है वैसे दर्द होने लगता है और दौड़ नहीं पाता हूं दौड़ता हूं तो लगता है कि ज्यादा इंजरी नुकसान ना हो जाए तो तेजी नहीं ले पाता हूं और टाइमिंग नहीं ला पाता हूं
