    Overall pdtha hai, you have less energy and hence amrap kam hote hai, strength 100℅ nhi hoti, hence gains kam athe, also it also depends on person and genes. But the best time is having a small breakfast pre workout meal and then hitting the gym, you can see many bodybuilders hitting the gym during noon or evening and only doing cardio in the morning

    but mera kafi lambe samay se asa routine set ho gya he ki me khali stomc ya subah utte hi workout karat hu to achha workout jata he agar me lunch ke baad evening me bhi workout karta hu to workout me kuch kash mazza nhi aata ye comment me video pause kr ke likh raha hu abhi mene pura video nhi dekha he ..........

    Bhaiya jaha tak muje pata hai muscle loss to nahi hota hai...apne 24hours me jo b khaya piya hai agar wo calories burn ho jaye aur ao bhuke pet ho uss condition me body fat energy me convert ho jata hai so fatloss hota hai muscle loss nahi.🤔🤔🤔

      Bhai sahi diet ke sath sahi workout plan follow Karo. Aa jayegi body better shape me. Par ripped ke sapne mat dekho bhot zyda. Time lagta h (approx years) ripped hone me

      @@aadityakumar1300 Bilkul sahi bola aapne main Skinny tha idhar 1-1.5 saal se Bodyweight training kar raha hoon ab jaake weight gain aur thoda shape aana shuru hua body mein mere. Agar kisi ne workout samjhna seekh liya aur usmein maja aane laga toh fir dikkat kam hoti hai.

    मसल अच्छे हैं 5 पॉइंट 5 मेरी हाइट 83 किलो मेरा वेट बाकी कहां पर नहीं है सारे जगह बायसेप ट्राइसेप चेस्ट अच्छा पेट के ऊपर लड़की हुई चर्बी कैसे हटाए क्या खाना चाहिए और क्या नहीं टी शर्ट पहनता हूं तो बॉडी दिखती है और पेट भी लेकिन शर्ट पहनता हूं तो सब पेट के ऊपर रोने लगते हैं
