    Pls shed some light on this.

      Finally... A person who atleast read something.. Guruji's information on this topic is wrong... That being said.., fasted cardio is not BAD for our health. There are researches that states that it may decrease performance.. and people who does fasted cardio also tend to eat more calories overall.... But even that is very small and not significant...
      However.., fasted cardio doesn't provide any additional benefits compared to fed state cardio.. there is no proof yet.. your caloric deficit matters more... Not nutrient timing..
      Please read this research paper for more insights

      Gaurav are also right.. Because if u do light cardio u dont loss muscle..Only loos fat..But if u di hiit hardik.or weight training.u defenatily.loss muscle mass

    @Guru Mann Fitness - is it worth starting fasted cardio for fat loss if i am 40 % body fat and if i have just started the process... or should I do weight training and start cardio after 2-3 months. I want quick results.

      Start with steady cardio .. don’t start with running and high intensity cardio it will lead to muscle loss

      @@sixsizzler our body is not made to lose muscles if we are in survival situation. While fasting our brain release some harmonse which prevent muscle loss. This process is happening in our body since we were homospecies
