Mai ehi ek ladki ko samjha raha tha kal hi, but humare gym ka trainer usko 1 1 ghanta cardio karake pareshankorta hai, aur aap jante hi ho beginners cardio karke jaldi thak jaate hai aur sochte hai ki waah bohut cals burn ho raha rai! O I forgot, beginners have this notion of working out the abs for 'spot fat reduction' in belly 💀
Cardio is king of fat loss, due to very heavy heart rate and pump of blood.

Ask your friend to do weights first and then hit cardio a minimum 35 minutes plus if it is LISS (low intensity steady state cardio). Research show body tends to burn fat after 30 mins. It all comes down to what suits a particular individual and what is giving results. So keep experimenting responsibly untill you find your thing.

I read somewhere. All you need to workout is perform 6 or 7 compound exercises every day. And you don’t need to do anything else.
Barbell Squats, barbell back row, deadlift, bench press, lat pull down, barbell lift.

Plz give a feedback on this split which is basically arms centric as i want to grow big arms ,plz suggest if i should continue this split or should change it ?
if you are a beginner than better is to remove one arm day and take two rests in a week
and reduce the intensity of legs on last day when you are training legs with abs and focus on abs on last day
@@ahmadshafi2576not a beginner its almost 4 mnths and yes last one is more focused on abs and instead of taking rest i think 2 days are enought for arms to get heal so that i can train them twice a week

The problem with most fitness influencers advising on fat loss is that they were never fat/overweight, so their advise lack practical experience.
To actually produce results wrt fat loss we need to have a short-medium term goal too apart from the long term lifestyle shift regime. Otherwise the results are never achieved beyond a point.
