I thought the same thing to the first time i saw the trailer to, but its not ENTIRELY impossible. Throughout WW2, the Soviet Union along with the United States teamed up to bring Nazi Germany's reign of terror on Europe to an end. But that doesn't mean that they agreed with each other's way of government. It was just a temporary alliance against an evil greater than the both of them. So maybe Texas and California will create a temporary alliance due to the both of them facing the wrath of the federal government and then part their ways. Sorry for the essay, but just a thought😅
