Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). 2. Boil the king oyster mushrooms in a pot of water for 8-10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside for later use (you can save the mushroom stock for the quinoa bake). 3. Pat the mushrooms dry and trim off the tops and bottoms. Make a lengthwise slit down the middle of each mushroom. Using a rolling pin lightly smash the oyster mushrooms on a kitchen towel to flatten them out being careful not to break them a part. 4. In a small bowl, mix cumin, paprika, coriander, ginger, turmeric, and salt to make a spice blend. 5. Toss the mushrooms with 3/4 of the spice blend and place them on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil. 6. Cut rice paper into pieces, dip in olive water, dust with corn flour, and place on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with the remaining spice blend and drizzle with olive oil. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top of the rice paper is browned. 8. Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, top with coriander and serve hot!
I can tell you right now organizing recipes isn't for the weak. I'm vegan & think this looks like a good recipe. It's usually good but VERY time consuming to make.
@@gospel3067this is actually an easy recipe! But I see what you mean by recipes in general, however sometimes good things take time. One you get the hang of it, it can become a wholesome expression of love 💛
