      The mixing bowl I use is a Rubbermaid plastic one. I put on the snap-on top. Make sure it's *100%* snapped on! Then roll the bowl upside down, side to side, and around and around up in the air for 30 seconds or so. The chicken ends up completely covered in the marinade, and my hands are nice and clean! No fuss, no muss! 😛

    • @RosieCooks
      @RosieCooks  2 роки тому +2

      Hi cable guy, I have always noticed that chicken wings cook in about 20 to 30 minutes chicken legs about 35 to 40 minutes. Buy yourself a meat thermometer. Chicken is always supposed to be about 165 internal temperature. No guessing games. If it looks like it's burning on the outside and cooking too quickly you might have your flame too high. I can't say that I am a expert at frying, but I have noticed the 1st you have to start off with hot oil I know that you can also get your meat thermometer and check the temperature of your oil 375 to 400゚ is about what you would set your oven on to bake your chicken, so it's kind of the same as hot oil and frying it. I like to set my flame a little under the medium heat. I seem to have more control over the heat. Basically if the medium flame is a 5, try it at a number 4. Good luck it's not the easiest thing for me either.
