Thank you for your colourful videos, I love it even more when you tell us the macros. Like that you include at least a little bit of fat and legumes.😘❤👌
Looks good. I will have to copy and adapt. Cabbage and those green beans, even if cooked, give me stomach pains. And brussel sprouts - yuck! And chia seeds creep me out. Otherwise looks like some thing I could dive into. Good for you for being able to handle all of that variety
Is the muffin from your cookbook or do you have a link for the recipe? Also, you mentioned your second meal is always fruit- other than personal preference, is there a reason for this?
😀 Well if I had a successful UA-cam channel racking in the cash, I would eat like this too 100% of the time. This much produce a day (especially certified organic) is an expensive lifestyle.
I actually find that this channel shows really affordable vegan meals. I live in Germany and I can get so many bananas for so little money, frozen berries, dates, potatoes, apples and pears are very cheap as well. If I go for what´s in season (I don´t need to have fresh papaya or mango in the winter for example), it is actually super affordable. But I need to say that I am not raw vegan, I eat a lot of bakery products, pasta, rice etc. as well. Living only on fruit and veggies is in my opinion not necessary for a healthy life and takes quite a bit of effort, especially if you´re having a "normal job" in an office.
@@TheVeganSolution I think your channel is great, thank you very much for the effort you put in your videos! I just bought the yonanas on ebay because of your recommendation and I can not stop eating banana nice cream :) Hopefully one day you earn more on youtube, but I guess it is difficult as you are focusing of food and health rather then on things like make up or handbags, with all the affiliate codes and sponsorships. You are a real inspiration!
LOVE how you use only high volume, low calorie density foods for your meals!
OMG i LOVE this!! They all look delicious!! 🥰🥰🥰
What a vibrant health & combination of colors. That’s the beauty of nature. Spectrum of colors even if it never chosen deliberately.
Hello! Your videos truly inspire me to stay on track eating whole and nutritious foods. Thank you for sharing. Be well💓

Can I do the dressing with sweet potato instead of squash?

@@TheVeganSolution still together? I've been offline for ages. x
wait that’s all you had for lunch? i wish that’d fill me😪
I like my lunch to be my lightest/easiest meal of the day 🤓
@@TheVeganSolution gotcha:) any reason behind it? i thought most would prefer dinner to be the lightest meal since it is followed by sleeping! ♡

It's very stressful watching you try to toss a salad in that little bowl.
😂🙌
