    Hi, I have only just discovered your channel and although some of the combinations on here I couldn't eat, what you eat is how I'm currently (2nd attempt) getting back into.

    I haven’t watched your channel in a few months and it’s so awesome seeing some new meals/changes! I love the peanut butter in the potatoes and nutritional yeast on the salad. Such great ideas!

      Not enough? How many calories do you usually eat? Because in this video she eats anywhere from 2400 to 2600 calories

      I regularly eat 2300-2700 calories for my body 💪 so if you need more then that then do it! These videos of mine are just to provide inspiration for meal ideas 😁💜

    I love the vegan diet. I also do routine water enemas for detoxing.

      I’ve never done any kind of enema, nor have I tried colon hydrotherapy, but I have read about the benefits (& have watched UA-cam videos too). Have you tried the latter? If so, do you personally recommend? Thanks.🙏🌱

      @@elainakosmidis8657 I love both of them equally. I do my own home colonic for safety reasons and cost effectiveness. I have been using enemas since 1995 as a 13 year old. When I was 20 I started doing home colonics. Please feel free to ask me any questions or even to chat about enemas and home colonics. My channel is based on my personal experiences with them.

      I don't know about her, but I personnally eat pretty much like her and I have a food belly for around 30min (max 90min depending on the proportion of starches) and then I pee it all out hahahaha

      absolutely!! food baby is very normal and natural after eating a high volume meal. I have a food baby for about 30 minutes afterwards. Then I go pee a few times, and also a bowel movement and it's a flat tummy again 😊🙌

      @@TheVeganSolution That's awesome but unimaginable for me yet. I come from a past with ED and restricting calories. Do you think it takes time for the gut to get used to this? How long does it took for you personally (I know its not the same for everybody)?

      @@christin4643 it depends on how much fiber you currently eat. Add about 15 grams per day or so, and listen to your body!

    I see as starch you eat sweet potatoes, wich is the veggie eith less starch. I like it, the less starch the best!

    Not sure if it’s on my end but there was no audio?..may I ask what you sprinkled all over your salad? Looks like nooch. Thanks for the ideas! I just recently went back to WFPB no fat after basically eating just kind of healthy (but always vegan) for the past few years. I put on a few lbs that way haha so back to the way I used to eat now! And hopefully will shed the lbs along with it. Anyway I could always use new ideas for how to eat so thanks for the video! I noticed there’s no starches other than your sweet potatoes (oats, rice, barley) is there a reason for this?

      Hi Morgan, There is an audio and voice over on the video, so it must be something wrong on your end. It was nutritional yeast powder I added to my salad. I am a high raw vegan (meaning most of my calories come from fruits, veggies, leafy greens!) and the cooked foods I love include: sweet potatoes, legumes, and occasionally some whole grains. 🤩🙏

    Nooo you lost me at "I add black strap molasses" it taste like black licorice but like they added pennies to it. 😝 I've tried to love it. I thought for sure it was dark chocolate 🍫 in the pic. So sad lol. Everything else looks delicious 😋

    I love your meal ideas and combinations!!
    I have had low iron for several years now (current feratin level 7), do you have any tips for raising iron levels? I struggle with ongoing fatigue issues, probably because of my low iron and I think I don't eat enough at times.
    I eat a lot of spinach, and have started incorporating black strap molasses onto my nice cream like you do! I try not to add cocoa powder to my nice cream as it may interfere with iron absorption, do you think that's necessary? I believe you pair your molasses with chocolate ice cream.

      Are you celiac? Gluten intolerance or celiac disease can play a big roll into being fatigue/low iron. I didn't know that until I did research when my tests came back positive for celiac.

    I feel like you’re eating basically the same thing everyday with small tweaks (nice cream/salad/ carb entree). Is this purposeful ? Is there a rationale behind it or just what you’re liking at the moment

      She said she eats intuitively and just listens to what her body is craving. I find that I tend to rotate the same raw vegan meals over and over just because I crave them so much :)

      yes I am very much a creature of habit 😃 I have found the foods/meals that work best for my body to make me feel fabulous and I generally like to stick with them 😁💪

    How much do you weight and how tall are you? Your meals are great but I wouldn't be able to eat 4 sweet potatoes on it's own let alone with such a huge salad! I put on weight just by looking at it 😅

    Looks amazing, but too much fat. If you have a whole avocado, you certainly don't need any peanut butter on your potatoes.
