    Hello from France here :)
    Your videos are great and your meals are so inspiring, I have been watching your since last year and I changed a lot my way of eating.
    I am 4"11 and a few years ago I was 110lbs, I went down to 95lbs with extreme calorie restriction and then I hit a plateau while I was still eating around 900cal/day !! I tried vegan keto and lost a lot of water weight quickly, then of course I binged and got back to 97lbs.
    And fiiiiiinally I found the "high carb low fat" (this way of eating is not known in France AT ALL) and I was sooo happy because I love vegetables so much (raw and cooked). I started a bit of resistance training (just like 20min per day at home) and a lot of walking (listening to podcasts or walking with friends) ; and now I am not counting everyday but I eat around 2200cal per day and I weighted myself recently and was so surprised I weight 88lbs !
    Please everyone don't be afraid just eat high fiber, low fat, prioritise your sleep and keep moving through the day !!

    Great tipps, thank you so much! To the last one 'increase your NEAT' Can you maybe make a video 'day of activity with me' but not only based your workout rather your 'NEAT' from standig up in the morning, sitting at your desk, doing the cleans usw.' I think this would be very intersting and helpful

    I loved this video Brittany, will share it with family and friends to show them that eating less calories is not good for you. Some medical people say that less calories or fasting are good for your longevity - what do you think?

      having a lower metabolism does in fact correlate to a longevity! But I will also argue it also depends on the type of foods (and other lifestyle factors) that you nourish your body with 😜 I believe you CAN have a higher metabolism, and have a nourishing diet/lifestyle and that also correlates to longevity 💪

      @@TheVeganSolution yes if you are eating low calories but eating processed foods or meat and dairy that would not increase longevity but higher calories of fruit and veg would be good.

    Hi! So I've been binge watching your videos and I was wondering if you could answer or give me some insight about an issue I have. So I was majorly restricting for about 6 months and lost wayyyy too much weight. After about 9 months of eating more, I've managed to get back to a healthy weight! Now I feel pretty stuck. I've been eating about 1700 calories because i've been scared of gaining "too much" weight.. I'd love to hear any advice you have! Btw, I eat a whole foods vegan diet, I'm 17, and i'm 5'2 :)

      To clarify, for about the last two months i've been eating around 1700 cals. I know that I can eat more but I'm just so worried about my metabolism not catching up and me gaining tons of weight....

      is wild encourage you to find one!! try going outside, walking, swimming, doing yoga, or journaling, drawing, hanging out with people you love, getting a pet, and more!💜💜
