I might use this in a good panini. I will think up something good and be creative. There was a great coffee place down the road in a small farm town I lived in for 15 years and that's where I discovered the panini. Maybe with fresh peas and portabello mushroms and arugala off the top of my head there. I like to keep it on straight!
