Just because she chose to be a cop doesn't mean her life isn't as valuable or doesn't matter as much and it doesn't mean that the fact that her life is often endangered (and will continue to be so due to the anti-police propaganda) should be overlooked or dismissed without thought.
@@antebellum1776 yes, her life is as worthy as anyone's life. but her life isn't endangered in the same way as a person of colour just walking down the street. when you join the force, you take an oath to serve and protect anyone and everyone, fight injustice as much as you can even when it risks putting your life in danger. she chose her job. she chose to do that but you cannot chose your race or gender and you should not be discriminated against for something that you cannot control.
blissfully They’re saying her life isn’t endangered the same way, not that her life is in more danger which is true. Like they said, she chooses to put her life in danger while working. She said so herself she doesn’t fear for her life as a citizen. Many black people fear for their life as a citizen, while working, just being born black and living puts us at danger.

Danyelle Andrews accept that people are now apologizing for being the race that they were born? Fuck no I want accept that.. I'm white and I am proud and happy to be white and what a not care what anyone has too say about it
Danyelle Andrews and it's been almost 200 years since the civil war and slavery... I mean people need to get over slavery and stop using it as an excuse why they wont even try to raise themself up..I mean you cant raise up a culture and society who just wants to make up excuses for their failures without even really putting forth any effort...I can try to give you all the free shit and help you could ask for but if your not going to put forth effort and initiative and just put out excuses why you cant instead of just trying and doing then all the free shit in the world wont do any good
Richard Grace I didn't read everything you wrote but you are talking like white and black people are totally different and I don't understand that, you are allowed to be proud about your skin color and you don't have to apologize for that but the fact that we are all humans and that you talk about black and white people in terms of races fucking pisses me off.
Tony Trace 🤣🤣🤣🤣oh yeah and blacks dont see themselves as the only "people of color" right? Lol...and qith blacks everything is about race and ONLY race. they didnt get the job because of their race their underqualification had absolutely nothing to do with it, they were arrested cause of their race not because they were breaking the law, the police are more suspicious of them because of their race not because of their obvious "culture"... you're telling me they got an actual cop, a security guard, and some guy who likes cops for the law enforcement side? at least just get a diverse group of 3 cops
Theyre terrible at picking people for these. For the religious one they picked a woman who claims to be a jew but doesnt believe in god, and for the climate science one, none of the skeptics had any scientific background.
Why? That would give them even less diversity. Daryl did a great job, despite not being law enforcement. Should they have only had black people from BLM? I thought having a non-black BLM supporter was a valuable addition, just like having a pro-cop civilian perspective.

Men are disproportionately arrested, convicted, and unalived by police more than women. Why no outrage? Cuz they commit a higher percentage of crimes. Same thing. Lookup FBI stats on crimes by race. The whole basis of the movement is a lie. Thanks for playing

I really loved when the man for black lives matter said that a white officer from a black community would be more effective than a black officer from another community. I thought that was just really looking past skin color and connecting to the community instead of just looking at skin color. I also think that the woman police officer was very smart and educated when speaking and was really strong, but also very open and not judging.
It would be great if black communities had black police officers from the community....how many black people do you know willing to be a police officer? Police recruiters literally can't give jobs away to black men that would qualify to be an officer.
I’m so glad the woman officer made the decision to stay on the force. She was so honest and thoughtful, and will definitely have a positive impact on those around her. Hopefully other officers in her department will learn from her.
Evi Marie i agree and disagree. we can show respect for the ones who are respectful and do their job correctly. the ones enforce police brutality are the ones that we fight against and have little to no respect for. we keep and hire cops like her and we get rid of the racist ones.
Ty Meadors and how do u know? Where’s the proof? U know just as much that he’s Latino as I do that he’s part black...we are just assuming because of his skin color sooo yea but either way he’s colored so at least he’s not white they still got diversity in there

The woman cop with long blonde hair, she was very insightful and when she said “That is a choice that I made “in terms of her safety that is a very bold statement and I really appreciate her for that I don’t usually like police officers because they tend to treat me rudely even though with societal standards I am a white female, they still seem to think I’m sketchy for whatever reason even though they find nothing on me. That female officer was SPOT ON when she said that officers are given DISCRETION!!!!!! If an officer has bias or prejudice, even just a little bit, he/she needs deescalation training. Like she said, they're human. You never know for sure if any given officer has a bias against a certain group of people, so deescalation training is a must, just in case.

To see an officer with such black and white thinking (the white guy) and how he thinks community and enforcing laws are two different realms and it’s not his job to understand how to better interact with the people he’s working with on a daily basis is absolutely insane. I would NOT want him to be in my community at all as a police officer.
Community and enforcing laws ARE two different things. Once you step outside of your community and begin to victimize your community by committing crimes you are no longer part of the community.

The female officer was a breath of fresh air. She realised there is a problem and realised that even though she could have quit, she continued to work through it, keeping what she believes is right in her heart and in her work. The gentleman in the white shirt seems to realise that the problem is not one-sided, but refuses to give any kind of solution. he _seems_ like someone who seeks the common ground but not properly looking at the entire picture. When he brought up Martin Luther Kings goals and speeches, and the elder woman properly corrected him, I got the idea he just doesn't see how the world works. He hears, but doesn't listen because he's too sure of his own opinion; he lacks empathy for this. For example when he respectfully stated that he only wants law enforcement to be trained on law. That is very closed minded because Life is just too complex for some man-made law to properly work 100 percent of the time. People have biases, including law enforcement, and it is 100 percent possible to empathise with s/o yet disagree.

I see it as all lives matter stands for equality for every human being. Colour of your skin is not important in that matter. I believe it subconsiously has an negative affect by only naming the black. Therefore it mainly focuses on one specific group.
@@mathiasnorberg671 that right there is what im saying is happening. The only reason this "All lives Matter" thing happened was out of response of "Black Lives Matter". People that took what they thought it meant this and try to put a negative affect on it. Yes, all lives DO MATTER. The whole point of the black lives matter movement is to put confidence, motivation, and to have a louder voice to say "hey, just because im black doesnt make me any less of a human than others". It was boost for a minority group, not to say were superior to any other race. So to say skin color doesnt matter is quite , in my opinion, ignorant because it does in this society so trying to hide it and not embracing our differences is what is going to set us back.

I disagree. I mean I think it's great that she's looking for equality and that she recognises that there is a racial disparity between black and white people. But at the same time I don't believe a police officer should hold any political affiliations. Not only does it open up the extremely high possibility of police officers holding biases, but it will also result in a mistrust of enforcement with the general public.
@Albert Mora You can't take people history from them. It's only been around 50 to 60 years since the police generally did attack innocent black people for their skin color. And the parents of kids who grew up in that time still believe that's what happening because it's been engraved in their gens. Black people weren't born to hate police, they were breed by white people to fear law enforcement for decades.

As far as I can tell too I have been all over the USA and cops are of all different nationalities black,Latino, white I have probably been arrested by an equal amount of whites black and brown.
@Albert Mora You say that as if the FBI didn't literally pump drugs into mostly black neighborhoods, make said drugs extremely illegal, literally tell officers to fear everyone in said neighborhoods and be ready to shoot and then let the officer of free regardless if it was justified or not. I think it's COMPLETELY understandable why people think this stuff still happens when this was barely 20 years ago. I'm sorry but it's a fact that you're much more likely to be shot or responded to with violence/passive aggressiveness when you're black as opposed to white, period. Also DON'T use your identity as if it completely validates your stance, otherwise I have you beat and everything else doesn't matter.

Rachele Smith What would that discussion be? Great that you made this choice, oh thank you also great you chose that... I don't see what common ground they should be reaching for...
I think it's a good topic because they can discuss the role and pressures of women in society. You can bring men in this conversation and make it a traditional family vs. nontraditional family thing if they want to be more inclusive. They can talk about what they feel a woman should do or where her place is, what they think about traditional families, and whether a woman should work/stay at home. It'll obviously tap into some religious arguments but still. It seems odd but there are a good number of women that believe women should stay at home or vice versa. I wanna see a hardcore soccer mom talk to a corporate working women and see how that plays out.
+Rachele Smith Better would be feminists vs. stay at home moms or housewives...The feminists really like to bash and treat traditional women pretty badly. Feminists like to call stay at home moms and housewives "not real women" because of their choices. It would be interesting to see that play out in real life rather than on the Internet.

the guy with the white jumper has a lot of nerve confronting that amazing police officer on how she should do her job and that it's concerning that she thinks of herself as a social worker with a gun. like bruh you not even in the law enforcement shut yo mouth.
The officer in the red sweater definitely came into the police academy with the mindset of protecting and serving the community and I think quickly realized it was quite the opposite as she put in time as a police officer which is why she has thought about leaving law “enforcement”.

@@thcdro Well, I think the issue is that the law doesn't tell them whether or not the tall boy on the playground is a criminal or a child playing. The law doesn't tell an officer that a black man reading on the side of the road is not a horrible criminal about to commit a crime who deserves to be shot. The law doesn't tell an officer that he cannot tackle a boy with no arms and legs because he's mouthy. These are the problems that need to be addressed. Officers need community training. They need de-escalation training. They could also use Krav Maga training (nonlethal disarmement). Because sometimes the person is innocent and they may have killed someone by mistake or malice.
@Arctic Donkey When a man shot police and was killed by police, no one protested. When a twelve-year-old on the playground got shot and killed by police, people protested. Police need training because sometimes innocent people are getting hurt. I'm not saying all police are malicious. I am saying that there is something wrong when something like that can happen and people still justify it. Again, this is not about coming against police. I personally know some officers. Sometimes I stop officers just to thank them for their service because it's a hard job. But none of that negates the fact that one innocent being shot and killed by the ones who are supposed to be protecting them is one too many. Further, the sadder part is, it's more than one.

He hears, but doesn't listen because he's too sure of his own opinion; he lacks empathy for this. For example when he respectfully stated that he only wants law enforcement to be trained on law. All lives matter involves black people too ;)
Mathias Norberg I am confused on what that is suppose to mean. Can you elaborate your meaning of that response?
@@jamyamomo6974 yes, but i said that i believe it subconsiously has an affect. It brings up one and takes down the others. That is what i believe. We should acknowledge that every person has it own flaws. And not generalise out of race.

Look up Tommy Norman on IG
99% of cops are great, but that 1% is enough to f up america, its safe but the 1 rotten apple ruins the whole bunch
I really really like the white lady who is a police officer she gets it.
Albert Mora completely agree
@Albert Mora You can't take people history from them. It's only been around 50 to 60 years since the police generally did attack innocent black people for their skin color. And the parents of kids who grew up in that time still believe that's what happening because it's been engraved in their gens. Black people weren't born to hate police, they were breed by white people to fear law enforcement for decades.
@Albert Mora so if whites and blacks use drugs at equal rates, why do black people get arrested disproportionately for possession?
@Albert Mora yeah I agree I'm white and cops have never played no favortism to me ..I have been locked up just as much as any black or mexican.

Rachele Smith wtf for? Talk about the upcoming royal wedding? SMH.

The officer in the red sweater definitely came into the police academy with the mindset of protecting and serving the community and I think quickly realized it was quite the opposite as she put in time as a police officer which is why she has thought about leaving law “enforcement”.
I got very upset when that guy said "I really just want my law enforcers to learn about law" that's like a doctor only learning about medicine and not ethics or bedside manner. That's a world without context. That's a cold world.
Jordan Guillory how is that wrong that is literally their job. To enforce the law hence the name law enforcement
@@thcdro I said why i felt it was wrong in my comment
