Wim Hoff Guided Ice Bath Breathwork & Hypnosis Tutorial - At Cathedral Rock

on this video I guided ‪@JeetTaraFlows‬ on her first cold plunge in a vortex in Sedona AZ at Cathedral Rock. We started off with 3 rounds of Wim Hoff breathing method followed by a hypnosis visualization to prepare for the cold and then lastly by going into the cold water for 8mins (it was supposed to be 10mins but I didn't have a timer on and miscalculated)
Do not do this without a professional or in places where its hard for you to get warm if its your first time. This was shot in middle of November in Sedona where the weather was cold and the water was icy enough it made your feet and fingers hurt just for context as sometimes people can mistake desert regions as warm. Sedona is pretty high altitude
Additionally do not do this breathing method in the water or driving as it can make you past out. Always do it in safe conditions, the breathing I do in the water is different from the Wim Hoff breathing exercise and is more just long controlled inhale and exhale
You know you are doing this correctly when you step into the water and are not breathing uncontrollably or shivering like crazy, if you can't control the shivering or breathing then get out and try again next time. If you don't you can risk hypothermia which is when your body loses its ability to warm itself up.
Again this water wasn't freezing but it was cold enough that Jeet Tara couldn't stop shivering at some point so I had to make her get out for her safety, its not about endurance, its about letting go, there's no ego here. Just good health and freedom
