I like that you described Si as stored memory...and with Ne constantly taking in new things, the mind has to make room for those new things by letting go of the si memory lol
I have gotten unknown bruises before, but otherwise, I have almost always made it a priority to be connected to my body. I have never thought others were boring, just that we have different interests and value different things in life. I also have finished projects because its fun to see accomplishments. I have a lot if interests and never get easily bored.
I’m an ENFP and I just learned about a big tree in my front yard and I confronted my mom about it and she was like “Yeah that’s been there for years, it was planted, don’t you remember that?” And then it all clicked. I’ve found all of this true though at some point in my life.
Thank you for this amazing video. I'm trying to understand me like a ENTP and your explanation about Inferior Si helped me a lot. I really will think how to have more routine at my life. Bye from Brazil 🇧🇷
A friend of mine and I are each other's shadows. Certainly a wild ride. Despite being temperamentally similar, we conceive of things in opposite ways, from opposite poles, yet end up meeting in the middle somewhere through an incandescent reaction that leaves us both transformed. Or more deeply reverted into our own shell.
I’ve been spending almost 1 year honing my Si. Still trying to get to a routine that works best for me and damn it’s so difficult to get there. But I do like working and strengthening my Fi-Si and figuring out who I want to become in the future and the habits I want to implement to get to that level. The hardest for me to do though have been to find a job that works for me lol! I tend to navigate towards work that let me have my own hours, so I can be in control of my time, and those either have no return of investment at first or only have little working hours 😭
I think what you two are doing is so awesome! Any chance you could make a video/series on MBTI in children? I know it isn't advised to type children since they are still growing and developing, but it would be really cool to hear your thoughts on how the functions could look during childhood and how that can be applied to the education system or even parenting. Pretty sure I have an enfp kid and I am infj so I'd be so curious to hear what an adult enfp and fellow infj have to say on this subject 😊
“Anyone CAN’T be anything” girls. That’s the whole purpose of specific personality types (the subject of your entire channel.) Just preface that “we can be wrong”, as “anyone can be anything” defeats the whole idea and purpose of talking about personality types in the first place. Own your observations, opinions and perspectives rather than cautiously disclaiming your way out of being wrong and judged for it. You’ve chosen to take center-stage, own it properly and start with the right narrative 👍🏾
@@joesickler5888 - You can’t stop blinking if you choose not to, in the same way you’re not capable of speaking like an SE dominant user if you have NE. These are physical indisputable behaviours that you can’t ‘be if you want’. These sorts of disclaimers are cop-outs or ‘hedging’ - to protect yourself from attack for your perspective, which doesn’t help when people who listen to you come to trust the guidance of your genuine perspective - otherwise, why would you be speaking/ sharing knowledge on the subject in the first place.
As an enfp I don’t get at all what they are talking about, what did I even watch idk whether to laugh or cry what the fuck am I supposed to learn 💀help

They are just saying that we are human and are capable of any of these behaviors.
