- Grab some water, turn on your favorite playlist + get ready to sweat. This challenging HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout consists of 4 HIIT moves (jump squats, speed skaters, burpees + plank jacks), followed by a 30-second water break, then 2 lower intensity moves -- and we'll repeat that 4 times through. You'll work the entire body + get your heart rate sky rocketing. ;) I'll be the first to tell you, this workout was super hard for me to film -- it's a shining example of imperfection. It was challenging for me to do + talk through, but I felt truly amazing + lit up after completing it. I hope that you give it a try + challenge yourself to push through, embrace the messiness + come out on the other side feeling vibrant + so alive!

Just found your videos! I love your workouts and your calm yet vibrant energy. I’m a 64 yo female and had to modify some of the moves like the burpee but by the end I was sweating and huffing. Felt revitalized afterwards. Love you!
