There was a period of time where I was extremely stressed and would frown in my sleep. Woke up with very noticeable wrinkles between my eyes. I bought some of those Frownies patches and it helped me a lot!!
Just to get a variety of feedback in here - frownies barely worked for me, if at all. I'm sure they are effective at the very earliest sign of forming slight frown lines - but once you have actual frown lines they do very little. The skin around the frown lines has stretched out - spreading it out with a piece of paper isn't going to change that. I had some very mild results with frownies (and yes, I used them right - with all the recommended supporting products too) and the results were completely unpredictable - some days I had mild results, most days I had none.
@@miiasiin I think they worked so well for me because they helped me to stop scrunching the area between my eyebrows. I didn't have deep set, permanent wrinkling there to begin. with.
I have had 11'as a teen and do still because of chronic pain, and tension headaches. I don't want botox, but we'll see. Thank you. I hope you're doing well.
I really do believe that eating the right kind of foods make up a large portion of our overall health. I've started eating more veggies and drinking green tea more frequent. Overall, I feel so much better. Thanks for the tips.
Wearing a hat + sunglasses not only protect your eyes and skin from the UV, they also prevent you from squinting too much so it's a double win! I've seen young people (especially those with light colored eyes) who don't wear hats or sunglasses outside with deep 11 lines and other deep lines around their eyes. If you're used to frowning, the muscles above the eyebrows tend to be more tense, and regular facial massage especially around the eyes can help relax your facial tension.
Hmm I didn't know that. I love getting massages but never considered my face before. Do I have to go to an esthetician to get this kind of facial massage or will the Asian ones common in shopping plazas be OK?
Be careful with massage around the eyes. The skin is so delicate and you don't want to stretch it in any way. The only touch I apply to that area is the slightest tap with my smallest finger. Forehead massage is okay though. I have really tight muscles above the eyebrows and am developing a horizontal crease across my forehead. Fortunately, I wear bangs so it's not noticeable.
The product that has helped me is The Ordinary Argireline Solution. I've been using it for almost a month and just putting it on my 11's and I they really are less noticable.
mmmmm, a pillowcase should be turned around the second day and the third day a new one should be used, thus you never sleep twice on the same side of the pillowcase. this way there is no chance of building up product on the pillow case on which you sleep, because you always sleep on a clean side 🙂
There’s a new compact powder with sunscreen from skinbetter science. You can just dab it over your makeup and you’re covered. It’s pretty pricey but that’s because it’s a higher end brand but I’ve been told it works pretty good.
I'm 53 and use the Sio patches under the eyes... I have puffiness and am developing crows feet, but these patches make a HUGE difference. Essentially, the area around my eyes doesn't squish when I sleep on my side and I wake up in the morning without puffiness and the lines seem far less noticable. They have a GREAT patch for the décolleté... it's very comfortable and literally prevents cleavage marks from side sleeping. I'm really glad to Dr. Dray talking about these products. They really work. :) I can't afford that pillow yet so the Sio patches are a big help.
They don't work for everyone. It depends on how bad your frown lines are, the condition/type of your skin and how the other skin in the area supports what the frownies are doing. I have excess skin around the brow bone (and hooded eyes) and so frownies don't have a permanent effect for me.
Thank you so much for this video. This is exactly what I needed. ;) I’m 47 but already post menopausal due to lupus. Those pesky wrinkles are creeping in and they need to go. I appreciate your wisdom. Thank you Dr. Dray! Stay well.
Dr. Dray Hi 👋 Thank you so much for discussing the Sleep and Glow pillow. I have sleep apnea and have been on a CPAP machine when I sleep for 15 years, I’m 66 years young😃. It’s not a picnic! I think this pillow would be perfect for a CPAP side sleeper like myself. My pillow even though it’s a feather pillow always pushes my mask every which way! So the open spaces on the sides of the pillow would allow a CPAP mask to rest in the hollow😃. I will give it a try👍. A silk pillow case that would fit the pillow is a really good idea also. Hope to check off that challenge solved. Now if I could just turn back the hands of time on my face and body I’d be set😂🌸
@@Sunshine4 oh I'm glad I'm not alone haha, I do it only to get myself sleepy and then always end up on my side, otherwise sometimes I jolt awake from the paralysis and that sucks lol.
Thanks for your valuable videos and research! “Frown lines” is ridiculous, limited and misguided term which I don’t support. Frowning has not caused mine-staring at a computer for over 30 years at my job 40-50 hours a week, growing up in a generation with no sunblock available, living in the desert of Arizona, and being a photographer has contributed to my 11s. Also, stress, side sleeping, poor sleep patterns and dehydration are to blame too. I only have repetitively frowned at my ex-husband, bad drivers, and rude family members. 😂😂😂 Since age 30 I’ve eaten a healthy diet and exercised three times a week most of my adult life. The 11s started to appear in my 30s. Now at 60, it’s the worst feature on my face. I’m doing my best to lesson the depth of the lines and it’s a tough challenge. I’m caring for my skin 100% better and still learning. It’s indeed looking much better except for the pesky 11s!
Yaaa I’m 33 and my friend lines are tying bad! Also living in Arizona. Feel like it’s my squinting. I’m stressed a lot too. Side sleeping is prob the major factor.
Thank you Dr. Dray! I have been using the Necessaire body serum on my face after my Tretinoin every evening (topped with CeraVe skin renewing Night Cream and CeraVe healing ointment on my eye area & lips). I am 58 and have seen incredible improvment. I also use timeless vit c in the am with Great Barrier Relief and elta md sunscreen. Sometimes La Roshe Posay before sunscreen. You are so funny. Thank you for being so grounded and making me smile! I am going to purchase a pillow too!
300$ is crazy for a pillow. There are cheaper ones on Amazon. Also it only works if you actually stay asleep on your back. Might as well just learn to sleep on your back
Regular travel neck pillow worn in the usual way. Just reposition your regular pillow under the travel pillow until you find a way to make the extra neck support comfortable. Works great for forcing me to sleep on my back, so I don’t aggravate my hip with side sleeping. A cheap knee bolster pillow is also good to make back sleeping more comfortable. I use both at the same time.
The pillow is $159, if you live in the US. Haven’t seen real alternatives on Amazon, all you can find there are made of different materials giving no neck support or pillows for back sleepers only, not for side sleepers.
Okay I couldn't leave, I've got to try those tapes on my forehead! I want to try the pillow as well! Thanks for this topic and I hope you're having a great day!
Strange fact Dr Dray, but i do frown much more during my sleep then during the day. During the day i condition myself not to frown, but during my sleep i can't control and i wake up with deeper 11 lines and it fade during the day because i try not to frown... I know it's weird. I guess i'm having stressful dreams lol
I've always furrowed my brows during sleep my whole life (in my 40s now). I have very vivid dreams so maybe my mind being so active while sleeping causes that. I don't frown during the day. I have fairly deep 11s now due to the sleep frowning. Only learned about Frownies and face patches recently. Not sure they will reverse the 11s but hoping they'll minimize them.
If anyone wants a cheap alternative to wrinkle pillows, I’ve been using a memory foam travel pillow to force me to sleep on my back, and it’s the only thing that’s worked for me. I do it mainly for hip pain, but the anti-wrinkle effect is a nice bonus.
I set recurrent alarm reminders (typically every 20 min) on my phone/watch to remind me to not frown. This worked a lot for me, might sound a bit annoying but once you have trained yourself you don’t need it anymore.
Great information today!! I do try to sleep on my back but it's more 50% success as I'm a side sleeper. I do have one of these pillows and it does help. My husband is a natural back sleeper, like a soldier!! But he snores, so l nudge him to move to his side 😊 Happy Tuesday Stay safe everyone 😊🍁
Thank You Sooo Much!! Happy Tuesday!! I Hope You're Doing Great!! I Had To Laugh When Your Husband Got a Nudge For Snoring, Soo He'd Have To Move To The Side Of The Bed!! Completely Adorable!! Please You and Yours Stay Safe and Well!!!
Please make another video on vegan cruelty free options or even some zero waste skincare options. I’ve always wanted to be better to our environment and get skincare with zero waste packaging but every product I come across has fragrance which is super frustrating! I love your videos! ❤️
Try tretanoin, just be very careful actually applying it around those laugh lines, especially when you just start. The cream has a tendency to build up a lot more in that area and can cause some pretty severe irritation and redness... I learned the hard way and mine aren't even that bad.
The frownie tape isn't a trainer. Just because the tape keeps the face from frowning does not mean that the muscles aren't contracting. Also you can't really wear lotion as well as the tape because the lotion makes the tape slip off.
Is there a reason I should not be using Botox? I absolutely love it as my face expresses so much naturally, especially forehead. Botox compleltey freezes the forehead and I don’t have to worry about it
Can you do a video on mosquito sprays / whips for the summer time ? I get bite ALL the time and I’m trying to find a way to protect against getting bite while taking care of my skin. I’m interested in hearing what you have to say about the ingredients in some of the products at places like CVS/ Walmart/ Target or Sprouts. Which ones to use and which ones to stay away from. Not sure if you’ve already covered this topic or not. Thanks ! love your channel and videos! I’m ALWAYS learning something new !!! 😊
Training your muscles not to move would be doing face yoga. Check out Fumiko or Chelsea. I’ve already lifted my cheekbones and finally have a “V” shape again. She trains not to move forehead when speaking or concentrating, so super helpful.
What do u think of the theory that the human animal NEEDS to sleep on its side for greater sleep, and perhaps, more importantly, to aid the brain in its removal of the accumulated waste that can lead to alzheimers ?? If this is were the case surely one would think the benefits of side sleeping outweigh, the supposed "cons" (wrinkles) . Love from NYC
@@amixeblu right! My husband and i deal with sleep apnea (essentially lack of air/oxygen being delivered, and snoring; but snoring so hard thats it shocks you awake in the middle of the night and even multiple times in the night). If i tried to sleep on my back i can sometimes literally SCARE myself awake from my loud snoring! Not good! That's my body telling me i can't breathe! What effects that must have on the brain; and possible long-term effects such as as heart disease, cancer... I love skincare and looking good; but i think women really need to outweigh the pros and cons from sleeping on their backs. ESPECIALLY if they have an preexisting condition. We cannot put fear and anxiety towards aging before our health and well-being.
I do most of these things. Eat well, work out and love my frownies. I have used Botox but as we know , it’s not natural and it’s temporary! Great results for my lines and 11’s in my forehead, but I kind of want to try to do what I can to do more of a natural, permanent approach. The toxin part concerns me , but it is good stuff. Anyway , I highly recommend frownies. I’m in my 50’s and my own kid assumed I had just gotten an injection and I have been Botox free for awhile. She asked what I was doing.. frownies. They don’t take away lines but they make them less deep and with you doing the work with watching the heavy expressions , they are great. Not a big deal spending the 5 minuses a night washing my face and putting them on. I also use sunscreen on my face on the daily.
My huge problem aside from my heart valve and afib is ny nasolabial folds. I look older than my age though I have ok skin and almost no visible wrinkles at the age of 40. BTW , You look good in that head band Dr Dray 😍
same. I've battled insomnia my entire life, no known cause, countless doctors and tests... I'm always hearing about the importance of sleep but no-one ever talks about how to cure insomnia so that I CAN sleep. I feel your pain!
Nicki Caps I totally understand. If you get a chance, try and check out Irene Lyon’s videos on UA-cam. She’s a trauma specialist and covers many health conditions and topics. But as it relates to sleep, insomnia is basically trapped fight/flight energies still running a muck in the system. Basically there is dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system which is causing there to be too much sympathetic activation (fight/flight) running the show and not enough of the ventral vagal parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) on board. So these old, stored survival energies are looping in the system trying to find a release valve out but unfortunately what often happens is that we’re not aware of how to move these energies out and so we just perpetuate more of the cycle, thus relaxation never really happening. Anyway, I preach her work because it’s completely changed my life and I wish everyone had this education to know how to actually work with their physiology instead of unknowingly against it. She has tons of free content and resources among her paid programs which I 100% can vouch for. Please let me know if you have any questions. :)
Christa Thielen what of the things you learned helped you the most to change your life? I will watch but I will like to hear from you what was particularly life changing. I'm struggling with sleeping more and what you said makes a lot of sense. Thank you
Hi Dr.Dray i have been wondering about this for a long time now, but if you have sensitive skin, can you use baby products instead of normal moisturizers and face cleansers that we use. I was thinking using Johnson & Johnsosn's top to toe wash can ve good as a face wash since it is soap free and Nivea baby face and body moisturizer as a moisturizer. Can you please tell me your insights about it. Thank you in advance😘
Moisturizer and body wash you can :) but do not use baby shampoo. The ph is like 12 (this is what makes it tear free) and your shampoo should have a way lower ph (approx 4.5)
Hi, dr Dray, which product or ingredient would you recommend for red and cracked skin on hands due to excessive use of soap and/or alcohol, stay safe :)

Diana Moore Happy Tuesday! I’ve been having what I call produce crops on my forehead since I was young they are hereditary I have thought of using packaging tape!
My brother-in-law just had skin cancer removed from his face, it took over 25 stiches on his cheek to patch up his face once the cancer was cut out. The face shields the DrDray has mentioned are starting to look less silly to me...
Dr Dray! I recently saw on Amazon people selling pure HA powder.People buy this and make their own serum. Could you please do a video where you talk about the trend of DIY'ing skincare and what your thoughts are on it? Maybe share some recipes of DIY skincare like you did with the oatmeal mask video please? Maybe we can try some of them during quarantine.
I bought paper packaging tape with the adhesive that has to be moistened. The kind w/o fiberglass reinforcement so it doesn't have any lines in it. Big roll about $12 @ Amazon. Almost as stiff as frownies. Maybe apply 2 layers
I have always loved sleeping on my back, and now that I’m pregnant I’m forced to sleep on my side. A few more months and I’ll be back to back sleeping!
Katie Z if you ever get some sleep lol not joking! pregnancy ages you incredible. It's hard to get any sleep when they are born not even counting all the hormonal changes like melasma, etc.
Thanks for your video. There are different types of glabela lines. Some can be fixed with treatment. In my case, nothing fixes my glabela lines. My skin is good and smooth. I eat A LOT of veggies daily - at least 30 types of veggies per week. My diet is really good - low sugar and tons of whole foods. I exercise and I have a stress free life. I don't have many wrinkles apart from deep glabela lines, but they are more like loose skin/muscles instead of permanent wrinkles. extraction
I just bought the pillow. Ever since my neck sprain I have been constantly in pain especially at night. I bought a 40$ pillow on amazon but it’s not working
How important is a morning skincare routine? When I wake up my face is just a little greasy from my nighttime skincare (but not in a bad way?) so I usually just wipe my face with a gentle towel and put on sunscreen. Who needs a morning skincare routine (cleanser, moisturizer etc.) and how much of a difference would it make?
Watching this video for the second time now with Frownies on haha I ordered them immediately after this video came out. Does anyone have experiences with those?
Yeah - for me they didn't work but I'm sure they did for lots of others! For me I think I started too late and I have excess skin in the area (heavy, hooded eyelids) so all I'm really doing is pushing the skin aside while I wear the frownie, the dent has already been made :(
This is according to another dermatologist, but he recommends them during the day because this is when your skin subjected to the most environmental stressors like air pollution.
Hello Dr Dray. Thank you very much for your videos. Can you please comment on the fact that hyaluronic acid promotes the growth of an existing tumors. That makes it scary to use even for people who are healthy. Thank you.
I'm a 17y/o with a very deep 11 lines, got it due to stress and poor eyesight which causing me to frown a lot. I look angry even when my face is at rest, and i look so much older than my actual age. Now i'm thinking about using tretinoin/retinol. Can i get some tips and recommendations from the experts? This is seriously depressing me.
I was thinking of doing micro needling to improve the appearance of the frown lines between my brows, would that work? The ones I have are starting to show more and I don't want them to get worse. I was thinking of doing this in addition to everything you mentioned here and probably a few other things as well like use an upf umbrella, get a humidifier for when I use hyaluronic acid at night, face yoga, etc. Wonder if all this would work? Hope my efforts pay off. Thank you for the info and all that you do! :)
I love sleeping on my side but a week ago I developed a crack in the fold of my ear which has forced me to sleep on my back. Guess I better keep it it up.
Hi dr dray, of topic question: can you apply azeliac acid or BHA after moisturising on damp face and niacidemide, if you wait until the skin is dry? Or will this lessen the effect of the acids. Thanks!

thank you for continuing to educate us during these strange and scary times, Dr Dray! hope you are staying safe ❤️
thanks for continuing to watch :) hope you are having a good week
I set recurrent alarm reminders (typically every 20 min) on my phone/watch to remind me to not frown. This worked a lot for me, might sound a bit annoying but once you have trained yourself you don’t need it anymore.
Good idea I'm gonna try it
Thank you.
Great information today!! I do try to sleep on my back but it's more 50% success as I'm a side sleeper. I do have one of these pillows and it does
help. My husband is a natural back sleeper, like a soldier!! But he snores, so l nudge him to move to his side 😊
Happy Tuesday Stay safe everyone 😊🍁
Thank You Sooo Much!! Happy Tuesday!! I Hope You're Doing Great!! I Had To Laugh When Your Husband Got a Nudge For Snoring, Soo He'd Have To Move To The Side Of The Bed!! Completely Adorable!! Please You and Yours Stay Safe and Well!!!

Yes! I need this, Dr Dray! Thank you so much for the tips. Hope you have a beautiful evening. 💜
I have found that since I've been using tretinoin and sunscreen that many facial wrinkles/lines have diminished.
Please make another video on vegan cruelty free options or even some zero waste skincare options. I’ve always wanted to be better to our environment and get skincare with zero waste packaging but every product I come across has fragrance which is super frustrating! I love your videos! ❤️
I've had grown lines since 17. I'm 21 now and it's just terrible. I'm hoping some of these tips will help.
I'd love to reduce the appearance of the lines around my mouth, they are getting deeper and more pronounced every day. :-(
wear frownies to bed
Try retinol and sunblock 50+ and u need to wait for the results and also don’t forget about moisturizing
helpfulnatural derma Rolling!
Genetics are against me on this one so I’m sticking to moisturize and sunblock.
Try tretanoin, just be very careful actually applying it around those laugh lines, especially when you just start. The cream has a tendency to build up a lot more in that area and can cause some pretty severe irritation and redness...
I learned the hard way and mine aren't even that bad.
can you do a video please about retaining face volume??
This would be interesting loss of volume and elasticity seems inevitable 🤔
@@michelles2299 well may be not:)
Filler or fat transplant
Consistently use sunscreen when you’re younger to mitigate volume loss when you’re older
@@jt8142 does it actually help with that?
Love that you quoted ‘Legally Blonde’ 💜
The frownie tape isn't a trainer. Just because the tape keeps the face from frowning does not mean that the muscles aren't contracting. Also you can't really wear lotion as well as the tape because the lotion makes the tape slip off.
Is there a reason I should not be using Botox? I absolutely love it as my face expresses so much naturally, especially forehead. Botox compleltey freezes the forehead and I don’t have to worry about it
I'm surprised that you didn't bring up tretinoin since it is anti aging and can boost collagen and reduce wrinkles.
Carter Wolf works on fine lines and fine wrinkles...not so much for deep wrinkles
The hubs calls them my reading wrinkles , apparently I really concentrate when I read! 😆📖
Justme I call them aggravated with kids lines. Mine sure were earned at times. 😂
Mntngirl -😜
what do you think about facial exercises?
Loving the advice and especially the practical 3 x daily sunscreen which makes more achievable to the general population 🙏💕🐶
Does this prevent wrinkles in the long run? Any scientific evidence?
I look to you like a skincare bible.I have learned so much from you, and now my daughter also enjoys your content. 🌹🌹
Hi Dr Dray, will microneedling help 11 lines at all?
What do u think of the theory that the human animal NEEDS to sleep on its side for greater sleep, and perhaps, more importantly, to aid the brain in its removal of the accumulated waste that can lead to alzheimers ?? If this is were the case surely one would think the benefits of side sleeping outweigh, the supposed "cons" (wrinkles) . Love from NYC
@@mave143 yes ofcourse! Start at 9:09 for this video. (And consider watching the whole later, please!)

I always sleep on my side. It's just always been that way, and I'm not about to change something when I sleep so badly anyway.
“Which you can’t really stop aging, it just happens” hahah 🤣 love Dr. Dray though, you are my life saver!
My huge problem aside from my heart valve and afib is ny nasolabial folds. I look older than my age though I have ok skin and almost no visible wrinkles at the age of 40.

This is a depressing video for those with chronic insomnia with no known cause!
Yep
Christa Thielen what of the things you learned helped you the most to change your life? I will watch but I will like to hear from you what was particularly life changing. I'm struggling with sleeping more and what you said makes a lot of sense. Thank you
I just give Dr. Dray a 👍 even before hearing her. She’s that damn good!
Hello Doctor, question, if you're suffering from seborrheic dermatitis, what do you think of low dose accutane as treatment?
Can you cover the product frownies and if they are a scam?
This is super helpful! Any chance you can make a video on laugh lines? These parentheses are deep and aging and I’m not that old!!
No concern over how toxic polyurethane foam is? Hmm..
I just got this pillow a few weeks ago and wow my side fave wrinkles gone!! So comfy as well

wish i learned about this when i was younger. i do tend to frown a lot. And don't get enough sleep.
Hi, dr Dray, which product or ingredient would you recommend for red and cracked skin on hands due to excessive use of soap and/or alcohol, stay safe :)
SnottyPunk personally I’ve been getting really good results from cerave body lotion and spot-treating cracked areas with Vaseline :)

I dreamed I spoke to the Easter bunny last night and he said he didn’t need a mask or gloves and is raring to go he also stated the glasses he wears are for cosmetic purposes only crazy dream! 🐰 Happy Tuesday! 👍🏻☕️⭐️

Dr Dray 👉🏻💃🏻
My brother-in-law just had skin cancer removed from his face, it took over 25 stiches on his cheek to patch up his face once the cancer was cut out. The face shields the DrDray has mentioned are starting to look less silly to me...
Can you review the timeless line of skincare thank you
Yes
So I should put sunscreen on, even if I am not leaving the house?
I use sunscreen at night. I guess I watch too many Dr Dray videos😄😄
Alexa Not from Amazon I personally do more so because I have windows all over the house
Yes...sun comes through window glass and also the visible light can contribute to hyperpigmentation
Thank you @Dr. Dray and all,
Noted and will start doing. I wear sunscreen every day when I know I'm leaving so this should be an easy adjustment.
Dr please can you do a video on skin and hand hygiene or viruses or something that would help with public awareness for Coronavirus?
how do you get vitamin d from the sun if you wear sunscreen?
Is The Ordinary's pycnogenol a good antioxidant for skin?
I know some people use multiple layers of medical tape to achieve a frownie tape-like effect. Do you think that would work?
I've conditioned myself to not frown, squint, or show any excessive expressions for the sake of my expression lines😥
@@blondiewendy me too, I started doing this in 2017.

I remember the vlog where you explained how you trained yourself to sleep on you’re back by sleeping on your narrow couch. Lower budget option 🤣
it’s retin a and sunscreen for me, no cream yet can surpassed what retin a did for my face.
And no cream will surpass what Retin-A did for your face :)
Can you please suggest a good hyaluronic acid serum? Is this like vitamin C serum? Or do you use both, please?
Thanks for your video. There are different types of glabela lines. Some can be fixed with treatment.
In my case, nothing fixes my glabela lines. My skin is good and smooth. I eat A LOT of veggies daily - at least 30 types of veggies per week. My diet is really good - low sugar and tons of whole foods. I exercise and I have a stress free life.
I don't have many wrinkles apart from deep glabela lines, but they are more like loose skin/muscles instead of permanent wrinkles.

I just bought the pillow. Ever since my neck sprain I have been constantly in pain especially at night. I bought a 40$ pillow on amazon but it’s not working
Did the pillow help any?
How important is a morning skincare routine? When I wake up my face is just a little greasy from my nighttime skincare (but not in a bad way?) so I usually just wipe my face with a gentle towel and put on sunscreen.
Who needs a morning skincare routine (cleanser, moisturizer etc.) and how much of a difference would it make?
Depends on your skin type and what (if any) conditions you're trying to treat, so it's impossible to really address that.
Please make a video about lip pigmentation and how to get rid of it
Thanks
Watching this video for the second time now with Frownies on haha I ordered them immediately after this video came out. Does anyone have experiences with those?
Yeah - for me they didn't work but I'm sure they did for lots of others! For me I think I started too late and I have excess skin in the area (heavy, hooded eyelids) so all I'm really doing is pushing the skin aside while I wear the frownie, the dent has already been made :(
Can we get a Sonya Dakar the nano hydrator and the flash facial review 🙏❤️ your videos are the best thank you for everything
We all REALLY appreciate the helpfull tips! But you know what i really appreciate? That you alwaysss link everything in the descriptionbox!
Hi Dr. Dray ! Would you recommend using an antioxidant/ vitamin c serum during the day or night ?
Thank you!
This is according to another dermatologist, but he recommends them during the day because this is when your skin subjected to the most environmental stressors like air pollution.
Fantastic video. This is the first time I have seen you, but I am so excited to subscribe and watch more.
Thanks!
what are your thoughts on Frownies facial patches?
Hello Dr Dray. Thank you very much for your videos. Can you please comment on the fact that hyaluronic acid promotes the growth of an existing tumors. That makes it scary to use even for people who are healthy. Thank you.
I'm a 17y/o with a very deep 11 lines, got it due to stress and poor eyesight which causing me to frown a lot. I look angry even when my face is at rest, and i look so much older than my actual age. Now i'm thinking about using tretinoin/retinol. Can i get some tips and recommendations from the experts? This is seriously depressing me.
I tried frownies but they fell off every time within a few min. Definitely not what I hoped for considering they were over $20 a box! Waste of money.
Yes. It worked for me. I also use PRP injections now. AMAZING results.
Face yoga definitely worked for me
Nothing better than a Botox for smoothing out those lines for an extended period of time. It takes 10 min and is magical and extremely effective
I agree but you need a really good practitioner that knows your face well 🙏😁
Michelle S fortunately I have that 😇
@Diana Moore this is true, but maybe to have it done for a special occasion, would be worth saving up for?
