I must admit that, when you first started, my brain was going: "It's not a castle! It's not a castle!" But by the time you finished, the way you made it all look like the side of the mountain was absolutely inspired, considering the constraints of the program. There was so much work put into this design - especially the interior. I would so love to be able to do something like this.

I really hope the devs find your videos, as these builds have been incredible to watch being formed. Like, damn, your artistry and commitment is inspiring, man! I think they'd be blown away, not only buy the overall builds of these classic structures/scenes from the films, but also how impressive your work on the individual people is. Keep it up! 🖤 I do agree that having a little more space to work with would be nice (not a super huge amount, though), but it's still not too terrible to start with as it is now. You've definitely proven that. Having such confines is just another part of the puzzle of being an artist. Though, I'm sure they had their reasons for setting the current borders, but we'll see how the game evolves. I really look forward with getting sucked into this and I'll definitely keep up on your videos.

I can think of a way to put the runes on the door - what if you slightly increased their thickness and hid lanterns inside which barely poke through? idk if it works, but so cool!
Great build and video! I think the volume here is a bit too loud compared to the helms deep build. Especially during sections like 3:06 I had to turn down the volume a little bit. Anyways keep up the good work!

By the way. I know you've built the entrance to Moria on the west side. But I'd actually suggest you build the entrance/exit on the east side too, and not the movie version, but the book version. I used to play on the minecraft MCME server back when we were digging Moria by hand. At the time of the completion of that massive labyrinthine mine I remember fondly the satisfaction of memorizing the route through the mines by heart, taking a good 30 minutes to walk through if you didn't get absolutely lost. The exit to the mines was of grandeur as you looked out across stone laid road down to the rocks and rivers, and golden green birch forest along the winding path to Lothlórien and beyond.
That’s a great idea! However, I think I’ll take a little break from Moria after this current build-it's quite exhausting. Congratulations on your success with the MCME server! It sounds like an incredible experience to dig Moria by hand and navigate that vast labyrinth. Thanks for sharing your memories! Cheers 🍀

This was amazing to watch! Seeing the fellowship come to light, the watcher in the water ready to snatch a tasty hobbit off the ground, and the amazing dwarf statues, especially the broken one, just brings this scene to life again! I really hope the devs find your videos, as these builds have been incredible to watch being formed. Like, damn, your artistry and commitment is inspiring, man! I think they'd be blown away, not only buy the overall builds of these classic structures/scenes from the films, but also how impressive your work on the individual people is. Keep it up! 🖤
I do agree that having a little more space to work with would be nice (not a super huge amount, though), but it's still not too terrible to start with as it is now. You've definitely proven that. Having such confines is just another part of the puzzle of being an artist. Though, I'm sure they had their reasons for setting the current borders, but we'll see how the game evolves. I really look forward with getting sucked into this and I'll definitely keep up on your videos.

Great build and video! I think the volume here is a bit too loud compared to the helms deep build. Especially during sections like 3:06 I had to turn down the volume a little bit. Anyways keep up the good work!

By the way. I know you've built the entrance to Moria on the west side.
But I'd actually suggest you build the entrance/exit on the east side too, and not the movie version, but the book version.
I used to play on the minecraft MCME server back when we were digging Moria by hand. At the time of the completion of that massive labyrinthine mine I remember fondly the satisfaction of memorizing the route through the mines by heart, taking a good 30 minutes to walk through if you didn't get absolutely lost.
The exit to the mines was of grandeur as you looked out across stone laid road down to the rocks and rivers, and golden green birch forest along the winding path to Lothlórien and beyond.
That’s a great idea! However, I think I’ll take a little break from Moria after this current build-it's quite exhausting. Congratulations on your success with the MCME server!
