First time I've ever cried during yoga. After injuries, I've come to feel yoga is an inner journey- not just a weight loss strategy. Really enjoyed the narration. Holding poses in correct alignment was challenging. Always avoided handstands. So glad I started to try. I modify crow with my head on the floor. Every time. Exactly! I may never get it. So glad you gave me the space to explore my inner space.
Thank you for this practice, I really loved it! I think one of my favorite parts of this practice was when you said "Let the pose do the work. You surrender to the pose".

That was a lovely class, enjoy your flows always, even in times when i feel surrounded in chaotic energy. Good heat building with lots of melty poses as well! Namaste.
So blissful! This was an amazing practice that I was really able to melt into, and get in touch with my body and self in the moment. Loved it! It was quite challenging for me at times, like with the long downward dog holds and planks. I had to modify a bit and come down to a full childs pose a few times, then get back into it again when my strength had returned. Also I took child's pose several times instead of a vinyasa. I have learned to listen to my body for when it needs to take a little break, and also in times when I can push a little harder. Thanks for a lovely practice today!
Ouf! I've been fealing dark and evy for the past few days, and it showed in this practice. It was dificult to find the energy needed, and I did take some breaks, but very happy I staid to the end. Thank you.
Handstand, not for me today. Maybe next week, month, year,.... what a wonderful, powerful, mindful practice. A liked the pace and the smooth transitions alot. Lots of love and Thank you ❤️
What a great practice of this week, slow pace in each invigorating poses & with some challenging inversion. Great flow Michelle, but I still working with my handstands, that might takes me sometime. I may never do crow, but I've stopped gripping in my toes. I keep setting less noticeable goals for myself like that and feel accomplished whenever I get through one.
